Izzy is a very sweet and loving girl. I was told she is a boarder collie mix but not sure what she mixed with. She loves attention, walks, car rides, and playing but will also lay around with you. Izzy was born in Sept 2019 and I took her from some neighbors that couldn’t keep her, but now I am traveling a lot and it is not fair to her. I have food container, bowls, toys, and a bed that comes with her. I also have a gate that we can discuss. She needs a person or family that will love her sweet playful disposition.

We got Lilly in Athens, GA when she was 3 months old. She was very small, and we were told she was a German Shepherd - Golden Retriever mix. She clearly is not ha. We’ve decided the closest is Border Collie & Chow Chow. She will be 6 years old in July. She is crate trained and has always loved her crate. She does long car rides really well. She only has accidents indoors if she’s sick. She has been trained very well and comes with an E-collar. She has been off-leash trained and loves to go hiking. She is okay around other dogs and kids, but a dog-free, kid-free house would be best and her preference - ha. We are rejoining, because we foster, and we are choosing to prioritize our little humans over her. It breaks our hearts, but we’re praying that she can a home that loves her like we used to be able to.

Meet Bowie - a 5-year-old Border Collie mix with endless smarts, boundless energy, and a toy permanently attached to his mouth. He’s been with us since we rescued him at 5 months old and has brought so much personality into our home. Bowie is house trained, leash trained, and knows sit, stay, lay, shake, and go to bed. His love language is fetch - if you’ve got an arm, he’s got the ball. He does take a daily Prozac (slipped right into a treat - easy as can be) that helps him thrive, and he’s a total pro about it. He’s a high energy guy who’d do best with an active family and room to run. Bowie would prefer to be the only dog in the home, since he can be particular about some other dogs. He does bark some, and his history with young children is limited but he’s never had any issues. All shots are up to date and we’re happy to share vet records. Bowie just needs the right family - one who will match his energy and love him fiercely. If that’s you, please reach out!

This handsome 4.5 month old puppster is called Boy George and he is what you would call….a character. A Border Collie mix puppy who is smart and mischievous and a leader in life. He was born in a litter of 8 puppies around the middle of October and he was the biggest kid in the bunch. He is laidback yet very much an involved pup when it comes to creating dog events that are fun and inquisitive. He is one that doesn’t back down because he knows that he can win the challenge with his tenacity. Boy George has conquered all the obligations in his life to learn about housebreaking, crate time and how to walk on a leash with at least a B- rating. Practice will make perfect when in a family that has more one on one time for him. He is going to be a 55 pound boy once he is grown. His Mom is Blue Eyed Kaye and she is a wonderful girl with a happy demeanor and has certainly passed it along to all her sweet offspring. Boy George is a good pup but he is looking for an even smarter owner that will figure him out before he slips one in on you. He is loving and can be an attention grabber because when you are raised in a pack of 8 siblings, you kind of crave some private time for yourself. Boy George will be a fun pup to raise and one that will excel at puppy training classes. At 18 weeks of age and 32 pounds, he is a great size to take on car rides, walks on a trail or your local neighborhood. He will welcome new dogs and people to meet and did we mention that he LOVES CATS! To our Boy George they are just another friend in life! We will require a home with a securely fenced yard so that this boy can explore and hang out in the great outdoors/backyard. He is not a digger and he is not a fence climber. But he is a dog that requires the stimulation both physically and mentally every day. Teach him things and he will make you a proud dog owner. Someone is looking for a dog like this. Maybe an only dog in the home or just a great addition because he will be play buddies with anyone. But always know that you must be the leader of your pack and Boy George. He craves the boundaries and rules. He thrives best not having his way and is so moldable. We are delighted to say that during this beautiful season of renewal and friendship and family bonding, we have 8 precious little Border Collie/Aussie mix puppies that are looking for a fresh and forever start to their life. Born about the middle of October to a beautiful Aussie mix mom, these babies were fortunately taken in by a senior couple who nurtured them for 7 weeks. Now these precious beauties are in individual foster homes and learning so much as they grow. 5 boys and 3 girls. They are handled and cuddled so much! No fear issues have touched their spirit! Mom is a 45 pound white and black beauty and we expect each of these smart pups to be in the 45-50 pound range as an adult.
