Story
Meet Sienna! 🐾 Sienna is a young adult girl who can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once she feels comfortable, her sweet and affectionate personality comes through. She does best when she has time to take things at her own pace. A calm, predictable home with adults, empty nesters, or children 9+ would be the best fit for her. Patience and routine will go a long way as she continues building confidence. Sienna absolutely loves other dogs and does especially well with canine friends. We would love to see her in a home with another friendly, well-adjusted dog who can help her feel more comfortable. Her adopter may also take advantage of a complimentary four-week basic obedience program through Sublime K9 in Jefferson City, focusing on leash skills, basic commands, and building a strong relationship with her new family. Sienna is: Young adult female Spayed Dog-friendly Best suited for a calm, predictable home Recommended for adults or families with children 9+ Eligible for a complimentary four-week training program Sienna doesn't need a perfect home. She needs someone willing to give her the time and patience she needs to settle in and become the confident dog she's capable of being. Meet Draco! Breed: Labrador Retriever / Great Pyrenees Mix Some stories stay with you, and Draco's is one of them. If you've ever driven to Panther Creek State Park, chances are you've passed the large enclosure that once housed more than 15 dogs. Born and raised there, Draco spent his entire life outdoors, knowing only the company of the other dogs in the pen. When his owner became incarcerated, family members reached out for help, giving Draco the opportunity for the fresh start he had always deserved. Now safe in foster care through the Morristown-Hamblen Humane Society, Draco is thriving. Despite everything he's been through, Draco is one of the happiest dogs you'll ever meet. He's affectionate, people-loving, and always eager to make new friends. Every day he discovers something new about life as a beloved pet, and it's been incredible to watch his confidence grow. Draco has never known what it's like to have a family of his own, a cozy bed to sleep in, or a home where he's truly cherished. We'd love to change that. If you're looking for a loyal companion with a heart as big as his smile, Draco is ready to meet you. Noah's Arc Animal Rescue is partnering with the Morristown-Hamblen Humane Society to help Draco find his forever home.

Story
Annie was abandoned at my rescue door step. She was covered in ticks and matted fur but was so sweet. After getting her cleaned up and healthy she is ready for her forever home. She is a herding dog and has LOTS of energy! She would do well in an active household. Annie loves kids and people but she can be dog selective and I would NOT recommend a home with smaller pets. Annie is very intelligent and eager to please. I beleive she is purebred but we have not had her embarked.
