Story
I’m willing to consider long-distance applicants. Angel is 8 months old. She was born to a beautiful, black, stray German shepherd on our property. Angel is a friendly and playful dog. Angel gets along with the her littermate puppies, her 2 older siblings and our dogs. She loves to play especially with Luz her littermate. Angel likes to crawl on her stomach in the grass. She also loves stuffed animals. What is the ideal home for this pup? An ideal home for Angel is a place where she could be inside and play outside. Someone who plays with her, loves on her, walks her and trains her. Also, a home where she has an opportunity to play with other dogs.

Story
I’m willing to consider long-distance applicants. Lydia is 8 months old. She was born on our property to a beautiful, black, stray German shepherd. She is the smallest puppy in the litter. Lydia is bright, active and affectionate. She is crate trained. Lydia walks on a leash. She sits on command and comes when she is called. She is very focused, when going outside, looking for food or water, she doesn’t let anything interfere with her the task. Lydia communicates her needs and lets us know if she needs to go outside, food or water. She loves to play outside with her litter mates, 2 older siblings and our dogs. She also loves stuffed animals. She would thrive in a home home where she could be inside and play outside. She needs someone who will love on her, play with her, walk her and train her. A place where she has opportunities to play with other dogs.

Story
In this tale, a mother bird lands safely just in time to nest. Blackbird arrived at SNIPSA from our rescue partners in Karnes just hours before welcoming her litter of nine: Baltimore, Hawk, Merlin, Magpie, Pigeon, Lark, and Myna! Now these hatchlings are ready to fly the nest! With their sights set on a new family, here is your ‘Field Guide to the Bird Babies:’ Baltimore (m): A bold explorer with a bright personality, he is the first to soar towards a new toy! Hawk (m): With his keen eyes and sharp focus, this little guy is set on you! Merlin (m): This sweet, magical pup will cast a spell on you with his gentle nature and soulful, searching gaze. Magpie (f): True to her name, she loves to collect “treasures,” usually her siblings’ toys and an occasional treat from staff. Pigeon (f): Sweet, social, and a total “homing” puppy, she just wants to be where her humans are. Lark (m): Always waking up with a song in his heart, Lark is a cheerful boy that finds joy in the morning beams. Myna (f): A clever girl who is a quick learner, she’ll be barking back and sitting in no time! These little ones have spent the first few weeks safe in their nest, they are now ready to spread their wings and fly to their forever homes. Don’t let these rare birds pass you by, apply to meet them today and give them the safe landing they deserve!
