Lydia communicates her needs and lets us know if she needs to go outside, food or water. She loves to play outside with her litter mates, 2 older siblings and our dogs. She also loves stuffed animals. She would thrive in a home home where she could be inside and play outside. She needs someone who will love on her, play with her, walk her and train her. A place where she has opportunities to play with other dogs.

This is Iggi Chomp and she would make a wonderful companion for most people. She loves play fighting, fetch, and is a sucker for any and all treats. She gets along beautifully with all of my other pets and is a bundle of energy like all border collies, so she will need lots of walks. She does get minor anxiety when a thunderstorm rolls in but she doesn't become destructive only shaking and staying close to my feet or searches for a dark, quiet place to hide.

I found her on the streets before a freeze in 2024. Went to the vet got her chip info and tried to contact her owner that I found her. They unfortunately did not want her back and let her lose. I have access to change her chip info to a new owners name and I have nursed her back to a healthy weight and become a happy loving dog.
