Vera is a border collie/terrier mix approx a year old. She was a neighborhood stray that was being cared for by two nice ladies until she had an unexpected litter of 8. She is a sweet girl that is a bit on the reserved side until she gets to know you, but a great guard dog. Vera gets along well with other dogs but would do best in a house with NO cats. Loves walks and is good on leash. She is a graceful jumper, so she will require a 6 foot privacy fence, but she loves to be outside. Vera is house, doggie door and kennel trained. She has been spayed, completed all her shots, and had her ProHeart6 vaccine. Vera is a medium-large dog weighing 48 pounds. She has blossomed in her foster home and just wants to be loved with head and belly rubs and a nice soft bed. She will make a wonderful companion!
