Daisy very sweet is a border collie mix that needs a new home. Although she has slowed down with age, she used to be a firecracker when she was younger and that energy sometimes resurfaces when excited. Daisy enjoys long naps, and prefers when she is in the room with another person. She will want to sleep in bed with you, and climb on the couch to watch tv with you. Daisy knows how to sit, lay down, stay, and shake. She doesn't play with toys too often, but she loves a bone to chew on.

She is looking for a semi to active kind family with a securely fenced yard. She will enjoy having being be the only pet to be doted on in the home. She is currently in petsitters home, but small dogs stress her out with their barking. She will be fine with kind children over age of 9 yrs old. She is very affectionate with humans, loves dog beds, toys, walks and treats. She is crate trained, house trained, likes car rides, leash trained and knows commands sit and come. She just loves her humans! Great companion for someone. She was abandoned by owner when very cold. Randomly goes for a swim in the pond. Affectionate but also independent. Currently about 30 lbs. Someone will be very lucky to bring her into their family. She is currently still in Oklahoma where she was rescued but she can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. She has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport at one of our transport drop off locations below. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, we will either find a local foster to take her in or she will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found.
