As their voice, we advocate for their well-being by raising awareness about the shelter crisis, promoting responsible pet guardianship, and ensuring the compassionate treatment of all animals. *Our Vision* We envision a world where every animal is understood with empathy, treated with kindness and respect, and where the unique bond between humans and animals is cherished — enriching all lives. *Spay & Neuter is required by law in Colorado, helping to break the cycle of unwanted litters.* Please consider supporting our mission. Story
Meet Sparky, a handsome 3-year-old purebred Border Collie who is ready to find his forever home and bond with his new family. We are fostering Sparky; he was surrendered to my husband while he was doing subcontract work on a farm in Eastern Colorado. Sparky’s previous owners could no longer care for him, leaving him underweight and tied to a post. Despite this neglect, Sparky is incredibly sweet, handsome, well-behaved, and loves cuddles and the outdoors. He is fantastic with other dogs and kids, and he’s neutered. While he did great with our friendly cat, he will just need some continued training to adjust to a more "spicy" feline personality. There is a $100 adoption fee to help with the cost of his food, vet care, and rehab as we get him back to a healthy weight. If you have the time, love, and space to give this deserving boy the forever home he has been waiting for, please reach out!

Story
Oscar is an almost 2 year old Border Collie mix. Sadly, Oscar spent the majority of his life in a large shelter. He went in when he was about 10 weeks old and stayed there until he was a year and a half, when we were able to get him out. Since then he's been in a foster home. He was very very nervous when he first came in, and wanted nothing to do with new people. He was very gentle however and would just cower or hide when nervous. Since being in foster, he has come a very long way. He walks very well on leash with his trusted people, and doesn't seem scared of car/traffic noises. He is still very shy of new people, but once warmed up he's very sweet and offers tail wags, and likes to be pet. He is kennel trained and likes to go into his kennel as a safe space, and is very food motivated. He is potty trained and will potty on leash. Oscar will need. very patient and quiet home, with the understanding that he will take time to warm up but then will be a very sweet guy. We also recommend he go to a home with other dogs, since he absolutely loves all other dogs and will need a confident dog to show him that things are ok!Oscar is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.

Story
Otter is a 6 month old mixed breed dog, from New Mexico. He was found wandering alone on the highway and turned into animal control, where no one claimed him. Otter is now in a foster home in Fort Collins. We are guessing him to be. border collie/terrier mix, but he may have many breeds mixed in. He is very sweet and loves to play with other dogs, and has so far been kennel trained and quiet. He barks when he plays but not when alone in his kennel. He is about 23 lbs currently, and probably won't grow to more than 30 lbs full grown. We have not seen him with cats yet. Otter is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.

Story
I'm 5 months old and 'm a beautiful Border Collie mix and I'm super smart for my age.My story started when my foster mom found me walking down her street all by myself. She brought me home to keep me safe,.One of my favorite things in the whole world is my pool! I also adore toys .I'm looking for a family without cats or chickens.I do pretty well on a leash, I'm good in my crate, and when I need to go potty, I let you know by barking. I would LOVE some kids to play with and another dog friend to romp around with! A secure backyard would be wonderful, but I am used to living inside the house and should never be left outside unsupervised. Most of all, I'm looking for a forever family to love me, teach me, and give me lots of belly rubs, toys, and adventures Harriet is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.
