Story
Meet Huckleberry! He is a Border Terrier Mix that is looking for a forever home. This lover-boy requires a tall fence (privacy fence preferred). Huck does well with kids (10 years and over) and loves to lounge with his humans. He is a very smart dog and has already had some professional training sessions and knows several commands. Huckleberry is house trained and crate trained, and up to date on Heartworm and vaccinations. Huck needs to be the only dog in the home.

Story
What a happy life Ive had! But now I have to return to the shelter and be homeless for awhile again. Hi, my name is Lady, and everything about me and my personality fits my name. Im sweet, friendly and loving. Ive been a very good girl in the home, and Ive had four wonderful years of experience with a family. Ill tell you why Ive been surrendered in just a minute. First, all you want to know about little ole me!

Im five years young and weigh just 32 pounds. Have you been told that 5 is just the perfect age for a dog? Ive learned how to fit into a home so nicely. Ive got femme fatale good looks, and my level of intelligence matches my beauty. My previous owner said that Im completely house trained, and I also do well in a crate. I absolutely loved my fenced in back yard. I went in and out throughout the day, and I like to explore and take sunbaths whenever I can. I know sit, stay, outside and high five. I lived with cats, and while I was curious about them, we never had any issues. They lived their cat life, and I lived my dog life. I even lived with another doggie, and we got along just fine.

The reason I was brought back after four years is because my family ended up having a baby. When I was at the shelter the first time, staff knew that I didnt like children very much. Kids just fill me with anxiety. Now that the baby in my home has turned into a toddler and is toddling around, Ive been very nervous and visibly upset. I dont like something that is as unpredictable as a child in my life. I hope you can understand. My family did the right thing by returning me to the shelter to find another home that Im more suited for. One without kids. Thats ok, though. I want to be happy again, and Im counting on someone wonderful like you to find me and give me a chance at a new home. Maybe your kids are grown? Im really a wonderful girl, through and through. Cant you come and meet me? Id sure like to find love again.

xxoo Lady

Story
This sweet darling, scruffy tiny girl is one that was left as a stray. wandering the streets just trying to make it. Its a miracle she lastest as long as she did at only 5lbs. When found she was taken to the nearest animal control. Waited on someone she knew to show up and no one did. So here we are.... welcoming her in with our loving arms until that forever shows up. Could that be you??
