Story
Meet Winston, a three-month-old Terrier mix with the cutest little face and the most charming personality! This handsome boy has warm caramel-colored fur, floppy ears, sweet dark eyes, and the most adorable little white beard that makes him look like a tiny distinguished gentleman. Put him in a bow tie and suddenly he’s ready for a very important meeting! But don't let his fancy outfit fool you — Winston is a total PLAY GUY! He loves running around outside, playing with his toys, wrestling with his dog friends, and having a good game of tug. He is wonderfully social with other dogs and plays sweetly with his foster siblings. He absolutely loves having canine friends to romp around with. Watch Winston’s video here to see his personality shine! https://youtu.be/U-lCQQjFzw4 Winston is also one smart little cookie. He already knows sit, shake, and lay down, and he has mastered fetch — including the very important part where he actually brings the toy back! He loves learning and is eager to please, so he is going to be such a fun dog to train and grow with. When playtime is over, Winston turns into the sweetest little cuddlebug. He loves his people, enjoys being close, and is always ready for some affection. He is crate trained, potty trained, learning his leash skills, and getting wonderfully socialized in his foster home. Winston has even met his first kitty friend and did wonderfully! He greeted the cat with friendly, playful wiggles and was very interested in making a new friend. Since Winston is a playful puppy, a dog friend would be ideal in a home with a cat so he has a proper playmate to romp with. He could absolutely thrive in an apartment with enough exercise, enrichment, and playtime, though a yard would be a fantastic bonus for this little zoomer. Wherever he lives, Winston just wants a family who will let him play, learn, explore, and be their best little sidekick. Smart, silly, cuddly, playful, and sporting the world's cutest puppy beard — Winston is ready to be someone's very best friend! https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/6a7b46a5830ba4595101793f Questions? Story
Cosmo and his sister Minnie are currently still at a rescue in California where they have been since they were 6 months young and they are now 4 years old which is very tragic. So we were asked if we can help to get them to the PNW because apparently no one in the last 3 1/2 years wanted to adopt them as a bonded pair. I think we can do better. They are small dogs and very sweet. Transport will be arranged from our side. Please call us if you’re interested in adopting them. 360 2580702

Story
Garnet is a curious but shy pup seeking his forever home. Garnet is very other dog friendly: cats are an unknown. Along with his mom and siblings, they were basically backyard ornaments until coming into rescue. They had little to no human interaction. We are looking for a home with another confident canine companion and one that will include Garnet in all aspects of their life. Continue training to ensure he is a good canine citizen. We will give preference to a home with fully fenced yard. If children are present, we ask that they are over age 5.

Story
Bambi is a fearful girl who will need a patient person. She is friendly with other dogs-NO CATS. She was a stray for an unknown period of time and had to be trapped. She bonds tightly to a person and is a love once she feels safe. She is a runner so secure fencing is a MUST-children over age 10 would be best.
