Story
WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 🤎✨ Meet Cinnamon — Sweet, Soft & Just the Right Amount of Spice ✨🤎 DOB: 8/24/24 • 28 lbs • Brown & White Beauty Bernedoodle Non-shedding If cozy sweaters and warm hugs were a dog, they would be Cinnamon. This 28-pound brown-and-white beauty is as sweet as her name suggests. Her mama looks just like a purebred Bernese Mountain Dog, and the breeder said the pups were Bernedoodles — which explains her soft, non-shedding coat and those “painted by an artist” good looks. Cinnamon is a little shy at first — think “fragile flower just starting to bloom” vibes —as she is already blossoming more and more every day. She happily lets us pet her all over, has shown absolutely zero signs of aggression, and recently discovered that treats are, in fact, one of life’s greatest inventions. That discovery has really boosted her enthusiasm for training. Funny how that works. 😉 She’s learning how to walk on a leash and is catching on quickly. Once she trusts you, she’s interactive, affectionate, and wonderfully sweet. The kind of dog who will bond deeply and become your quiet little shadow. Because she’s still building confidence, we think she’d do best in a home without very small children. Older, respectful kids should be just fine. She gets along well with other dogs, is house trained, and cats are currently an unknown (though slow introductions are always the key). Cinnamon’s Highlights: • 28 lbs of fluffy sweetness • Non-shedding coat • House trained • Good with other dogs • Shy but warming up quickly • Loves treats (training assistant level: enthusiastic) • No aggression • Would do best with older kids She may start out a little reserved, but give her patience, kindness, and a few tasty snacks, and you’ll watch her confidence bloom. And once she chooses you? That loyalty runs deep. Cinnamon is going to make someone an incredibly devoted companion — the kind that curls up beside you after a long day and reminds you that the quiet, gentle souls are often the most special of all. If you’re ready for a soft-hearted sweetheart with a sprinkle of doodle charm and a whole lot of love to give, Cinnamon is waiting to climb right into your arms and move straight to the heart. 🤎🐾 Apply today at haydudeequine.org

Story
Animal Profile: Ramen is an estimated 5 year old, 15 lb neutered male miniature poodle who was a hot mess when he was pulled from the Carson shelter. He was at risk due to overcrowding at the shelter but assessed to be friendly with people and dogs. We will share more about him as we get to know him in foster care.  Foster Update: Ramen is a cool little cup of noodles! He has been a quick study in foster care and is crate trained, potty trained, and walks well on leash. He loves to work and train and is very smart. He was recently introduced to odor detection work and his trainer said he was a natural. He catches on to new commands quickly and would love someone to work with. Ramen would do best in an adult only household. He sometimes takes time to warm up to strangers and he is more trusting of female companions. He has shown a tendency to resource guard when it comes to removing high value toys from his possession, but his trainer is working on tackling that behavior. Ramen is dog friendly, and would be best matched with a similar sized female dog his age. Ramen has had a lot of interest from families wanting a lap dog; he prefers to show affection through play and is not a couch potato. Ramen needs an experienced owner who comfortable addressing his guarding behaviors, willing to continue exercising his body and his mind, and able to commit to regular grooming. Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575, which includes neuter, current rabies/DAPPV/bordetella vaccinations, microchip, health certificate, and heartworm test. Ramen's adoption also includes take home training and support from Nirvana K9 Training. All adoption fees are donations to a Washington non-profit corporation and all donations go to benefit the animals in our rescue.   Apply online at  www.DogGoneSeattle.org Animal History: Ramen was surrendered to Carson city shelter and transported to Dog Gone Seattle via Wiggle Butts arriving to foster care on 5/19/24; he is available for adoption in the greater Seattle area. March 7, 2026, 12:47 pm

Story
Dog video: https://youtube.com/shorts/Qob9_pTe_jQ Cat in video: https://youtube.com/shorts/VC2qRKqs0p8?feature=share Snuggle time: https://youtu.be/Uo3TkspW3NQ Animal Information: Sunny is a 1–2 year old Border Collie/Shepherd mix weighing about 55 pounds. She is a healthy, happy young dog with a wonderful temperament. Sunny has a nice energy level; she’s active enough to enjoy walks and playtime but not overly hyper. She has very soft fur and an affectionate personality. Sunny loves being close to her people and will happily lay her head on your chest for cuddles, along with plenty of sweet kisses. Sunny is crate trained, house trained, and does well on leash. She is quiet, enjoys being around people, and settles nicely in the home. She may still need a little help learning to give clearer cues when she needs to go outside, but she is already doing very well. She gets along great with other animals and is currently living with three cats and two large dogs in her foster home without any issues.  Foster Profile: Sunny is an absolute gem! She has been a wonderful sweet loving pup  who is slow to warm-- initially shy but fairly quickly becomes friendly which is very typical of her breed mix . She is curious and gentle around people and currently curious about other dogs from a distance. Sunny is Very energetic, typical of her breed and currently goes on two to three hours of walks each day-- she would love an active family who hikes or runs and is also willing to maybe engage her brain with agility or flyable or barn hunt or sheep herding-- tiring her out will include engaging her brain, nit just her muscles. Breed experience is a must. she enjoys playing in the house and is a lovely leaner and paw giver when seeking attention. She does have an off switch, but she's a fast recharge. Sunny does well in her crate and understands it as a safe space. Sunny is not very vocal in terms of barking, but has a brief whimper initially when left at home. She needs time to warm up to you on her own or she may give a low growl to let you know to give her a moment. Sunny is working on her leash manners and will need continued guidance in this area and we are working on it. o far, Sunny rides very well in the car and is calm while occasionally looking out the window. Sunny knows sit and of and give paw, and se also responds well to hand signals. Sunny seeks attention and enjoys snuggling and being close and could use some training on How To Chill. She will need structure and activities, because she is a smart cookie.                                                                                                              Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations Rabies and DPPV per AVMA standards, any indicated preventative care, heartworm test, microchip with lifetime registration, and recent health check with a veterinarian.
