I’m Cappuccino. I am a five-year-old, neutered, smooth coated Boston terrier mix with beautiful eyes. I am fully vaccinated and will be micro-chipped. I love to go to the beach and play in the water. Starbucks run anyone?? I LOVE getting Puppuccino’s! I’m a fun guy and love chasing around a laser. I will be your best friend, your cuddle bug and your protector. I’ll always try to make you smile when you’re sad. I am a loving pup, who enjoys being close with my human. I was raised with cats, however, after being attacked by a big dog, I am frightened by other dogs. I am reactive on the leash but hopefully you will get a trainer to teach me that I am SAFE. Despite his young age, Boston is an intelligent dog who is always ready to learn and impress his owners. He is a quick learner who knows how to behave, and he'll do best in a calm and quiet home where he can get the rest he needs after an exciting day of adventures. With his friendly and outgoing personality, we're sure that he'll make plenty of human friends in his new neighborhood! Boston is in the process of being housebroken and is currently using diapers, which he takes very seriously. He's quite the clean dog and keeps his diaper area clean and free of any messes. He will need your continued support and patience as he learns to navigate this new skill, but with the right care and attention, we have no doubt that he'll master it in no time. Meet the beefcake, Freddie. He is a very special dog who loves people, and his housemate Mookie. Freddie knows how to use a dog door, and loves to snuggle. He will sleep next to you in bed and even spoon you on occasion. Freddie love to play tug of war and chase his buddy. Freddie is extremely goofy and has a heart of gold. He also like to get into the dirty laundry and the trash. Freddie has separation anxiety, and would do best in a home where someone is there often, and there is another dog, preferably his buddy Mookie, where he can be the Beta.

Mookie has been with me since he was a young puppy. He just turned four years old. Mour family got Mookie from a breeder in Eastern Washington, and spent most of his early years with us as a work from home family. He knows how to use a dog door, and has been around kids his whole life. He loves other dogs, including his housemate, Freddie. He enjoys cuddling between legs on a blanket and will sleep under the covers by your feet. Unfortunately, since moving back to California and becoming single, I cannot afford to give as much attention to Mookie and Freddie as they deserve. He is crate trained and loves to play fetch.

Dynamic Danny is a sweet and charming one-year-old Pug mix, who is eager to find his forever home. He is the sweetest boy with lots of love to give. Weighing about 14 pounds, he has a tan coat mostly smooth coat that should be easy to care for. Rescued out in the country along with three other dogs—believed to include his mom, Daisy, a French Bulldog/Pug mix, and some siblings from different litters—Danny is a bit shy at first but warms up quickly and enjoys the company of people. He gets along well with other dogs and is in the process of learning leash manners and house training, making good progress with routines like “go potty” and using the doggie door. Danny is scheduled to be neutered soon but is available for adoption now; he is microchipped and vaccinated. We’re looking for a home with breed experience and to help continue his training and socialization. With his loving nature and adorable personality, Danny is sure to bring happiness and completeness to the right family. She has a charming personality and the perfect size for travel and cuddles. This sweet girl was brought to AFC as a stray with Frankie (also available to adopt) Frannie is an adorable girl and wants to be your constant companion. Her best placement is an adult or a family home with kind teenagers and another dog to give her the love and guidance she needs as she grows. She is a puppy and will need house training.
