Honey is a great dog with a wonderful personality. She is loving and VERY playful. She has been in our home for 4 years and has been around our little girls (7 & 5) the whole time. She loves playing and walking. She would be a great dog for an active family who can walk her daily or has a large yard. Things to note about honey: she has a hard time getting along with our other dog sometimes. She should be in a home where she is the only dog. She has slight anxiety with loud noises or changes and needs a calm and patient adopter.

Four-year-old Brandy is a beautiful girl looking for a calm home. Brandy was extremely leery of meeting new people when she first arrived at Satchel’s but the commitment and love of her Woof Pack leader has given her so much more confidence. Brandy and her WP leader have been going to our off-site events and meeting new people is now much easier for Brandy. She is always excited for the next adventure, and rides well in the car. Brandy can be a little aloof at first, but once she’s comfortable with you, her personality comes out and she shows off her playful side. Playing fetch with her friends in our shelter yard is a big plus for this little girl. She has recently started Fitpaw training now offered at Satchel's and is showing off her intelligence. Heading home for an afternoon visit with her WP leader, Pam, makes for one happy, playful pup. Brandy doesn’t seem to care for other dogs and would likely prefer to be your only canine companion. This pint-size gal (approximately 45 lbs.) is ready for adventure! She walks great on a leash, knows all the basic commands and is just pure FUN! She might take a bit to warm up, but give this girl time and you will be the lucky recipient of her love!!! Buddy is a 9 1/2 year old Pit-Boxer mix. He is microchipped. He has had his annual physical in Apri, and his county tag was renewed. His vaccinations are up to date. I have the papers from the vet. There are no indoor vices as far as chewing or accidents. He's a couch potato.I can trust him with my house, but not my sandwich. He loves open spaces, and his favorite toy is an empty Arizona iced tea jug. He likes basketballs too. He enjoys going on walks and It is best to be outside with him, for he is an opportunist going at large. He was not socialized as a puppy. He likes people though. Thunder does not bother him. He does snore sometimes. His feet smell like Fritos (c) His food is 3 cups of Gentle Giants kibble daily. I have added chicken lately to spoil him. Dinner time is usually around 5pm.
