Rocco was surrendered to us as a baby at 6 months old. He is your typical puppy with energy for days, a loving personality, and a spark for any adventure. He would make your life so much more fun! Rocco is good with just about anything except cats. He is quite young, though, so that may change. We sent Rocco to be fully vetted and make him more appealing to an adopter. Rocco just wants to run and play. Please consider opening your home to Rocco.

Kingsley first came to us in January. His family was expecting a new baby and, unfortunately, felt they no longer had the time he deserved. He was sent to Vet Tech to get fully vetted, but he was a little too much for the students to handle and was returned to us rather quickly. Then came April — and finally, Kingsley got his chance. He was adopted! Sadly, through absolutely no fault of his own, Kingsley is back with us. And the hardest part? He was also boarded for a period of time after his adoption due to circumstances beyond his control. So when we really think about it, this poor boy has barely had a real home for almost an entire year. Nearly a whole year without his own couch. Nearly a whole year without his own family. Nearly a whole year without a place to truly belong. We don’t call the shelter an animal’s “forever home” — because that’s not what we want for them. But while they’re here, we do our very best to make them feel safe, loved and cared for. Still, Kingsley deserves so much more than a kennel. At only 2 years old and 70 pounds, this big brindle Shepherd/Lab mix has so much life left to live. He’s fully vetted, housebroken, and said to do well with other dogs. A few things to know about Kingsley: -Fully-vetted -Good with dogs -NOT good with cats -Best with older kids — he’s a big, playful guy and can be a little rough when he gets excited Housebroken -2 years old -70 pounds of lovable, energetic boy Kingsley has already had one adoption fall through. Rita is a 5-6 year old female boxer mix. She is very friendly and outgoing and thinks everyone is her best friend. Rita is 55 lbs and very well mannered indoors. She is housetrained and easy going. Rita loves toys, especially tennis balls and would love her own toy box in her own home. She gets along very well with other dogs and likes kids. Unknown with cats. She will be a great addition to any loving family. Rita is spayed, vaccinated, heartworm negative, and has been given a Pro heart injection. Adopt fee $50. Jax is a sweet boy. He has the cutest face and makes cute little sounds. He is coming out of his shell and would love to be in a family where he can play and get all the love and pets he desires. He likes to play with toys and I'm sure in time, he'd be a great "fetch" partner. He has done fine around cats, but if they (like mine) repeatedly bat at him or try to rub all over him he gets curious. I think he would fit into any life style!

Garret is a boxer/pit mix who is sweet and mellow. He will be fixed upon adoption if not sooner. He was rescued from a high kill shelter and is waiting for his loving forever home.

Hi! My name is Lexi. I came in with no hair on half of me. I was found loose. I am now safe and getting myself healthy again. I am very sweet and lovable. I am treat motivated. I do well on leash and would love to go on a short walk. I am very quiet. I do well with other dogs and with kids. I do need cat tested.
