Story
Have you been looking for a pup to laugh with you, cry with you, and most importantly cheer you up during your worst moments? Well not to toot my own horn but I would make the perfect man for the job! Hi, I'm Neo and I've been waiting to find the human who compliments me the best. I am only two, but so far I have been rehomed at least once and then most recently I was found as a stray. While I have enjoyed the new digs here at HSHC, I think it's about time I graduate from a kennel into a forever home. I've quickly become a staff favorite, and many have said I have the softest fur in the universe, that I have the absolute best snuggles you've ever had, and that I provide constant companionship whenever it is needed. I guess you could consider me the staff therapy pup. I love to run around and be goofy but I also can settle down nicely and chill on the couch with you for hours. I'm not just looking for a new family, I'm looking for a new best friend, companion and someone to count on for the rest of my days. Do you think your the one for me?

Story
Sally was recently saved from a local shelter and she is ready to find her forever home! Sally is a low maintenance girl who is happy to sleep all day while you’re at work. But once you get home, she’ll be ready to go! Sally is a great dinner date and does well going to restaurants. She LOVES saying hi to all the dinner guests, especially kids! Sally is a 5 year old boxer mix. She weighs about 68 pounds, is up to date on vaccines and is spayed. When she’s not your dinner date, her favorite things are getting cuddles and laying on the couch together. ❤️ Sally may be dog friendly with other dogs her own size, but she would need slow intros and an experienced owner who can feed her separately from other dogs. She’s not the biggest fan of cats. She truly is a great companion and deserves to find her furever family!

Story
This beautiful estimated 5 year old pittie mix just needs love and a home. Her foster family has been her saving grace. They've made a list of what she loves... Sleeping on fuzzy blankets/pillows Balls. We figured this out when she found a dryer ball and played with it! Loves to eat ice Walks, does well on leash Laying on the sofa... and chairs Cuddles, she's very affectionate They also say that she is potty trained and is crate trained. She's smart and learns quickly. She is good with other dogs and kids. NO CATS

Story
We brought Pixie Muffin into our home in January 2024. She was in urgent need of medical care (see pics). She was badly malnourished and had signs of physical abuse (by people and other dogs). We have since nursed Pixie back to health (she has gained more than 20 lbs), neutered as well as brought current on all shots. Unfortunately, we have realized that Pixie seems unable to co-exist with our other 3 dogs: a small, 19-year-old Miniature Pinscher, a 75 lb. male pit-mix and a 55 lb. female pit-mix. Pixie has displayed various levels of aggressive behavior with each of our dogs as well as other dogs when taking her for walks. Pixie was very shy and very sad when we first got her, but she has warmed up and really enjoys snuggling on the couch, wrestling around, going for walks, playing tug of war or just sniffing around the back yard. Pixie is house broken and crate trained, but does suffer from separation anxiety (barks) and does get triggered with load noises.

Story
We are very sad to do this but are moving with our grand parents and he is not able to come with us. He is truly an amazing and loving dog and he absolutely loves kids he can be a little hyper at first but he calms down! He will be 4 in may. He would do best in a home with female dogs I believe. He has been around male dogs all his life but only them he doesn’t seem to fond of new males around.
