Do you all remember Road Runner? ?? He's now called Roadie, and he's looking for a new beginning. Roadie came to our facility last April and had an injured leg, we learned that he had been on his own for too long and the leg was unfortunately not savable, so we amputated it and he has made a full recovery and thrives as a tripawd! Roadie has been in a foster home for roughly 9 months and they love him, but their living conditions are not practical for Roadie's lifestyle. Roadie needs a fenced-in yard with a lot of room to run and play and let out his energy. He's been living in a townhouse on campus with lots of people and other dogs around and that tends to stress him out and cause him to be reactive on the leash. Roadie LOVES other dogs and gets along great with them, but being on a leash sometimes stresses him out and causes him to act out. Roadie is housebroken, crate-trained, and LOVES to run and exercise. Roadie does not do good with cats or small critters and prefers a home with dogs his size. If you are interested in Roadie, please visit the Adoption Center and take the time to get him out of the kennel in a visitation room. We promise he is a completely different dog out of a kennel and you will fall in love with him. When Roadie loves, he loves hard. Please give this boy his forever, he deserves it the most!

Introducing Vito! The sweetest most cuddly best friend you could ask for! He is around 6 or 7 years old and loves to play and go on long walks and roadtrips! Vito is my family pet and when my mom could no longer take care of him I took him in not wanting him to have to go to a new home with people he doesn’t know, unfortunately he does not get along well with my two smaller dogs and I can no longer keep him in my home as it’s not fair to any of them! Vito would do best in a home with a big yard, no other pets and preferably a couple or a woman. He was adopted as a puppy from a rescue and we were told he had been abused by the previous owner, a male, and he is very shy around men still but will warm up quickly! Vito has been around multiple children and does not seem to have any issues I would say no smaller children as they don’t know to not mess with a dog and could cause him to nip back.
