Blessings, a good dog. She is very loving like playing with sticks. Loves chewing stuff listens and should be easy to train. I didn't had the chance to train her. I was going through a lot of stuff through my divorce but she's a good dog. She needs to have a good family to take care of her. She's not evil a year old. She listens to go to the cage. Not too hard to cage. Train her but she needs have more in reaction with people she wants attention

Bear the SWEETHEART!! Estimated Birthday: 11/3/25 Estimated Size: Medium to Large Bear is the male runt from a litter of 8. He currently weighs 18 lbs. He is very sweet and loving! His mama babied him a little more than the others. As a result, he is very loving but also seems to be very humble. He shows demure confidence in meeting new people and visiting new environments. He is a snuggle bug, and loves to be babied! He is a very very sweet boy. Most of the time quiet and bashful, but has already began finding his voice. Loves to be held and petted more than anything, but also more than happy to be active and playing games. LOVES playing in the water. Absolute cuddle bug and he is so precious. (He was mommas boy when they were tiny pups). Bear is in need of a foster home ASAP!! You provide the love, we will continue to provide food, vet care, preventative meds, and supplies. All American Mix. His mama appears to be a Boxer mix. We think they may potentially have some pitbull terrier, lab, hound. Bear is colored more like a Border Collie, and has soft fuzzy hair. We try to limit our travel time for home visits to a two-hour driving range (about 75 miles) from Morganton, NC. Annabella is a senior Boxer mix who was been with us since November 2025. She is an absolute babydoll and is a volunteer favorite. Annabella has lots of spunk and loves to run and play, which is surprising given everything she has been through. We don’t know her whole history, but her medical work tells us enough. Annabella recently had a cancerous lump on her ribs removed with low chances of it coming back. It was also discovered that, despite all her spunk, she has severe arthritis and spondylosis (bone spurs) along her spine. Luckily all of this can be managed with conservative care. She is recovering like a champ and has been unfazed by everything. Annabella has always made a quick and easy adjustment everywhere she stays. She does so well in fact, that she is notorious for giving herself happy tail and is now used to the routine of having her tail wrapped as protection. Annabella is excellent with all kinds of other animals, like cats and dogs, and she LOVES every person she has ever met. She loves being the center of attention but she’s great at sharing too and is extremely patient if someone else hogs the spotlight. Annabella has excellent house manners and is comfortable being kenneled if it’s asked of her. We think Annabella deserves a forever home who is willing to make her golden days the BEST she has ever known. Her adoption fee can be waived for the perfect fit. If you’re unable to adopt, we still appreciate any donations towards her medical bills OR exposure by sharing her story! Annabella has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and kept current on monthly preventatives.
