Story
Meet Hashbrown! This 1 year old hound mix tips the scales at 58 pounds of pure puppy energy and charm. With his soulful, human-like eyes and ears that don’t quite match his head size, Hashbrown has a one-of-a-kind look—and an even bigger heart. Hashbrown is a social butterfly in playgroups, where he shows off his goofy zoomies and love for other dogs. He’s currently working with our behavior team on leash manners and basic training, and he’s proving to be a quick learner. This “wiggle butt deluxe” would love a family who appreciates his quirks, his zest for life, and his endless capacity for love. Thanks to Waynesville Tire, his adoption fee is fully covered—so all you need to bring is your heart and a little extra space on the couch. Hashbrown is ready to make you laugh, keep you moving, and fill your home with joy. Could he be the one?

She is extremely people-friendly, loves attention and does great with children. She greets life (and her humans) with enthusiasm, full-body wiggles and a level of excitement she is very happy to talk to you about with an enthusiastic “arrrooooo!”She's a high-energy dog who thrives with daily activity, playtime and mental stimulation. Walks, games, training sessions, adventures - she wants to be involved in it all. She does best when she has an outlet for her energy and a human to share it with. And once she’s had her fun? She happily transforms into a world-class cuddle bug.At night, Tula is a devoted spooner who prefers to sleep close to her person. She may also snore from time to time, which she considers a feature, not a flaw - think cozy white noise from a very contented dog.One of her standout traits is how eager she is to please. She’s smart, attentive and easy to train, making her a great option for a first-time dog owner who’s ready to provide basic structure and consistency. She genuinely wants to do the right thing and be part of her person’s world.Important to know:  Tula has a strong prey drive and is not safe with cats or small animals, so she needs to be the only pet in the home. This isn’t a behavior problem, it’s simply about finding the right environment where she can relax and thrive. Her ideal home:• No cats or small animals• Active individual or family• Someone who enjoys a high-energy dog with a big personalityWhy she’s being rehomed:  Tula is being rehomed due to incompatibility and hyper-fixation with my cats, not because of aggression toward people. She has no bite history, is fully vaccinated, and is ready for a fresh start with the right match. If you want a dog who will be your workout buddy, your couch companion, your nighttime spoon and your enthusiastic conversationalist Tula could be the perfect fit.Contact information:  Michelle 206-858-2525michelleopela@gmail.com All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Story
Kama Over 2 years.. 2 years Kama has been in the rescue... Kama is a beautiful 3 year old timid girl with a sad past we don't know much about apart from she was trapped in Memphis Tennessee on the streets, she may not have had an owner prior to us to be honest..we believe she was born to a stray mom and lived life on the streets until she was trapped around 7-8 months old & ended up in a kill shelter where we pulled her into the rescue last minute. Kama has been in the rescue 2 years now and does let people touch her in brief pets , but very limited and is still a huge work in progress..we're hoping to find a family who would be willing to help show her trust and put into the time she needs, she loves having another big dog around. It helps her feel safe, she will require a home with another dog friendly big dog. She can not be an only dog. You Must have a fenced in yard, no very young kids. She is NOT a beginner dog and will not go to just anyone. She is spayed, microchipped and fully vaccinated and on hw prevention. We will continue to work on Bringing her out of her shell while here. We think she is a boxer type mix . She's never been around cats. No kids, due to her timid behavior. She keeps a tidy kennel and I believe she could very well be housebroken quickly .Around 40lbs Located in Cosby Tennessee. Kamas adoption fee is waived to a perfect home. She needs another dog in the home and requies a fenced in secured yard. She's not comfortable with a leash/going outside of her yard/car rides etc ,she will need some major work with this. While kama is very timid, she's never had a mean moment Adoption fee is waived to a perfect home

Story
Ivony is so beautiful and an absolute natural model, I can't believe she's been here so long 😭(since nov 2022) We pulled Ivony from a Memphis kill list where she was set to be euthanized that day. She'd do best as an only pet,or with another ,submissive dog her size 40lb + . This girl absolutel loves her people, loves to cuddle and wants attention all the time. She needs a human who will let her share the bed with them, she's such a sweet girl, shes about 4-5 years old. Ivony would do best with a family who is home often . She is very reactive of things out side, cars driving by, people walking, the neighbors all the way across the street doing whatever in their yard. She does have a barking habit, and can be a talkative girl, but alot of that could be from bordem of sitting in the area she's in, for years now 💔she does have prey drive.. some one PLEASE consider adopting Ivony, or atleast come spend some time with her. She is pretty much house broken . Walks on leash but needs a bit more training not to pull. Ivony is spayed, microchipped, utd on vaccines/deworming and on heartworm prevention Cosby Tennessee Ivony Thought to be boxer mix 40lb Medium sized dog No cats/ no small dogs

Story
Introducing Rufus. This stray boy was never reclaimed ( shocker 💔) and he needs to start the hunt for his forever home. Around 50lb and thought to be a boxer mix he is putting on weight great with his foster family and his neuter will be scheduled asap. Rufus will leave us utd on vaccines, neutered, microchipped and hes already hw tested negative and atarted all his monthly preventionas. His hair is growing back nicely. Rufus: A Gentleman looking for his Person. Rufus is well behaved, sweet & unusually smart. He knows basic commands like sit, come, heel etc. He walks well on leash or off. Rufus badly wants to come inside and sit at your side. He isn't aggressive towards our male dog, but doesn't want to play. Rufus is on the older side probably 6-7, so he's ready to settle in for the quiet life. He doesn't require lots of active attention, he just enjoys being close. His ideal home would likely be with a woman who wants a companion by her side; a gentleman watchdog (all bark no bite). Rufus does not tolerate being left alone in a crate, he needs his person close by. He would be happiest with a doggy door, a large fenced yard, and a nice daily walk with his person. Location: Cosby Tennessee Adoption fee sponsored ❣️ Out of state adoptions ARE welcome
