Hi there, I'm Precious. They say that I am called this because I am the most precious dog here at God's Dogs Rescue. I came to the rescue in October of 2022 to have a safe place for me to have and raise my puppies. All my puppies were adopted by the end of January 2023, but I am still here looking for my furever home. I am a bigger girl, but this just means there is more of me to cuddle you, because I love cuddling it's one of my top 3 favorite things. 1) Food- I love food and will do almost anything you ask if you have a treat involved. 2) Cuddles- on your lap, on the couch, in the bed wherever there is a comfy space with pillows or a human I want to be there. 3) Kisses- I have a love of giving kisses to people, especially kids. Although not everyone likes it when I try to kiss them and that makes me sad. 4) Honorable mention- I like going on walks or in the car for a ride, although I prefer just lazing around at home. My current fosters say that I am a "house hippo with springs in my feet whatever that means; I just know sometimes, when I get super happy, I feel like I could fly- or jump really high. I love their kids and am very good with them even the tiny ones. I get along with most other dogs I meet, although I have a big personality about me, because I'm a boss, so sometimes other dogs don't like that about me. I tolerate cats although if they give me too much attitude or growl at me, I can't help but to give them piece of my mind. I like most new people I meet although I had a rough start in life so sometimes, I can be a little wary with men, with time though I adjust, and we can become best friends forever. He loves to share your pillow at night (or try to take it all) He chases his tail like a tornado. Gives you little love sniffs to the face. Rolls over on top of you for belly rubs. Like to lay against your legs while napping. Peeks his head in the shower and wants to lick your wet legs. Follows you everywhere. At ALL TIMES. He gives good hugs. Very sweet guy, super soft fur, loves to cuddle. George will do anything for a treat if he can figure out what you want. Not the sharpest pencil in the box but has learned sit, shake, lay, "put'em up" still working on "bang". His silliness is part of his charm. I got him for a companion to my other dog that is a few years older. They loved each other at first but she's over it, he's just an aggravating little brother now. At 65 years old I've found out two 50 lb dogs are more than I can handle, HELP! I'm in Nashville most days of the week. George would love to ride along and meet you!
