She is currently 3 years old, turning 4 soon. I got her from someone I knew who was looking for a new home for her, and I took her in when she was just 11 months old. At this time, I’m looking for a loving and responsible home for her because my current situation—being pregnant while also working and attending school—makes it difficult for me to give her the attention and care she deserves. She is a very affectionate and gentle girl who loves cuddling and being close to her person. She gets along with other cats, although she may need a little time to adjust since she has been an indoor cat. She also enjoys sitting by the window and watching the outside world. Overall, she is laid-back, sweet, and very loving.

DEUCE IS IN HIS FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS TN AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO VA ONCE HE IS ADOPTED! This is DEUCE. He is a gorgeous striped tabby. He will need a special patient person as he is still extremely shy.  With the right amount of patience, he will make a great kitty in a quiet home.  He is very food motivated.  He is not recommended for dogs or children. He would probably do best with a gentle outgoing companion to help him get out of his shell. He  is neutered, has had all age appropriate vaccines, microchip, and a confirmed NEGATIVE FIV/FeLV test.  His adoption fee of $295 also includes the transport to VA.  We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring her up north once she is adopted. Meet Sasha! This beautiful, loving girl is 3 years old and a love bugaroo. She came to us after her owner surrendered her because she wasn't getting along with the dog and then sadly, Sasha came to be on the euthanasia list at the shelter. With her hold time up, Forgotten Felines had to get her out of there. Not-so-fun-fact: more black colored cats are euthanized than any other color cats (75% more) because they are the last to be adopted because people think they are boring. In actuality, I believe black cats have more personality than the others and Sasha certainly proves my philosophy. We believe that Sasha may be a Bombay mix because of her round face, sleek appearance, and easy-going disposition. Sasha loves attention and would be a great companion or emotional support cat. She has a very easy-going personality and loves to be with people. She meets you at the door, loves to cuddle, loves to play, and loves to climb high on the climber and spend time looking out the window, Her favorite toys are toy mice and the ever-popular  krinkle ball. She gets along great with cats, but as mentioned earlier, she is just not a fan of dogs, but she shouldn't have to die because of it..Sasha is ready to go home with an approved application.
