Children are an unknown as I've never been around them. I'm good with other dogs, but can get overly playful when a dog is very energetic. I'm not good with cats and I chase rabbits that I see. I will bark/growl if I'm startled by an unknown person. I need to be kept on leash when on a walk or wear a muzzle when off leash, on hiking trails or at the beach as a precaution. Rocky…well his story is long so I will just sum it up and we can always elaborate if you are seriously interested. **He recently 2/24 got a full senior work up and the vet gave him a clean bill of health. He’s a sturdy senior with no issues! :) Giant, easy going, mellow but spry lap dog. He’s fabulous with children, totally a cafe dog who would just sit or lay at your feet while you people watch or work on your laptop. He enjoys a nice walk but is not energetic enough for a vigorous hike. No health issues, not a yapper, looks tough but would not hurt a butterfly. House trained Great in the car Strong on leash but managed with a harness or prong collar. It’s just that he’s happy to join you on an adventure.

Sadly only 4 of us survived and the man took us to his sister who loaded us on a transport and sent us 7 hours to SoCal where we were fed and cared for by this rescuer and now that we are cleared by the vet we are ready for our own forever homes! Im super mellow and laid back but I love to cuddle and be wrapped up in warm blankets and just fall asleep in your arms. I haven’t shown much of an active nature but with a little prompting I’m sure I’ll be ready to go on long walks with you but you’ll have to break my lazy nature, if you’d like to make me part of your family please message my rescuer directly and schedule a time to meet me I am approved for same day adoption and I look forward to meeting you!
