Adopter or Foster Needed! Our very sweet, rescued dog Kash is in need of a back up foster. He's a 5-7 yr old big loverboy who's mellow. He loves kids & dogs of all sizes. If not introduced properly (very slowly) to cats, he can't be around them. Kash loves his toys, especially his green stuffie.. he carries it with him wherever he goes.💚🤗 His other favorite thing is being outside, as long as it's not cold! Kash is completely housetrained, leash trained, & quiet. When rescued, he was a hot mess healthwise. During his road to recovery, he's been an absolute angel. Each time he went to the vet, Kash made instant friends with the staff. If you met him, he would melt your heart too. He's such a LOVE.😇 Holiday time is exceptionally difficult for rescues. We need your help! Please consider giving the gift of time to Kash. Tater has been doing very well in his foster home since being returned to our care after four years. Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve gotten to know him again, and one thing is clear—he is an incredibly sweet and loving dog. Tater is well-behaved, quiet, and laid-back. He was returned because he began guarding his adopters from the other dog in the home, whom he had lived with since puppyhood. We offered to send a trainer, but after learning they had moved to Ohio, it became clear that long-distance support wouldn’t be an option. Given how long this behavior has gone unaddressed, we believe Tater would do best as an only dog. That said, Tater enjoys going on walks, does well on a leash, and is not reactive to other dogs. He loves people, including children, and is both house trained and crate trained. Tater is a 4 1/2 year old English Bulldog/Pit Bull mix.
