Ellie is a 7-year old brindle boxer, is spayed, crate trained, potty trained, and is micro-chipped. She loves to snuggle and has a very sweet and relaxed demeanor. Ellie can be a little shy and unsure at first, but warms up quickly. She likes to gently paw her people on the leg while they're sitting down to get their attention for affection. Ellie is also very good about staying off of furniture, couches, etc., except for the occasional misplaced paw for attention. She's indifferent about water, does get distracted on a leash, and she'll usually follow a ball playing fetch but doesn't always bring it back. She is spayed, current on vaccines, microchipped and heartworm negative. She takes inexpensive thyroid medication daily. Ellie is good with kids and will likely need to be an only pet. Dirk is an almost 4 year old, 33 lb, Pit Bull/American Staffordshire Terrier mix. He was dumped along with 2 other dogs and we have no idea why. This boy is absolutely precious! He LOVES to be with his people and is a well mannered boy. He would do best with someone that works from home or is home most of the time. He does good with other dogs, and loves to play. He would do best in the home with another dog who also loves to play! He is kennel trained and potty trained. He is currenlty in a home with a 7 year old child and is good with him, but we do not know how he is with younger children. Due to his breed makeup, no apartments please!
