Story
Meet our newest rescued cutie. She is a sweet bully mix who was rescued from Dallas Animal Services. We are still learning more about her, but thus far she has shown a huge desire to connect with her people. Her foster mom is currently working on leash manners and basic commands. Fern would do best in a home that can give her consistent exercise and would love to be someone's walking or running mate. She will make a fun, sweet and worthwhile companion.

Our listed dogs ARE READY IMMEDIATELY; we only meet with families WHO ARE READY TO ADOPT! IF YOU APPLY and if WE APPROVE YOU it means we are assuming when you meet any of our dogs and fall in love you're ready to ADOPT AND HIM OR HER HOME!   MEET PUPPY JAKERS Jakers is a sweetheart of a puppy-dog, easy to fall in love with, and as cute as he can be! He was found stray about a month ago and though his foster mom adores him her own dogs are much older and Jake needs a young, fun home! We didn’t choose a breed mix because - he looks like several types of breeds many of which aren’t very common! He’s going to be small-medium but resembles the Canaan Dog, Korean Jindo, Australian Cattle Dog, Basenji and The Target Dog haha a BullTerrier (NOT pit bull; just bull terrier mix). Or Spuds McKenzie for you Gen-Xers & older Whatever he is Jakers has a great disposition and is smart and affectionate. His adopters can do a DNA test and let us know! Jakes energy level is a 7-8. The vet confirmed he is 5-6 months old. HE LOVES TOYS and he is very good at entertaining himself if he has the toys and bones. Somewhere there’s a photo of Jakers with his WHOLE collection; he looks like a kid on Christmas Day! We’re guessing since he was stray in a rural area he didn’t get a lot of toys so he’s VERY GRATEFUL and plays happily by himself. Jake loves meeting people, he also loves meeting the dogs he encounters on leash walks. He is a very friendly puppy and not aggressive at all, just a playful puppy. Jake is also smart, he learns quickly and loves to please. Jakers is so well-behaved he has been going to work every day with his foster mom! He loves meeting people & enjoys the action around him. Jakers rides well in the car, it is an hour drive to and from work, so he is a good car dog, just have his toys and bones with him! Jake is crate-trained at night right now; he only is because his foster mom’s dogs roam free and are in her room so it’s so he’s safe and gets good sleep. He’s in a 48-inch crate, huge for him, so he’s definitely potty-trained. Storms do not bother Jake. In good weather he loves being outside in the back yard, once again he only needs a toy-chest with bones and other toys. It seems that having a selection of bones/chewies outside has really prevented him from chewing things he shouldn’t. We are looking for a home with a good back yard and privacy fence. He likes to run and he can really jump. He gets along with other dogs if they will play with him, but all the Foster’s dogs are toy-breeds. Jake does not understand why they will not play. We really want a home with 1-2 other young, playful dogs so Jake can finally be as socialized as he wants to be! Jakers needs a person or couple who will walk him a couple of times a day or again, energetic playmates. He is still a baby so we want a home with no little kiddos, plenty of time and attention for Jake to be the baby. We also look for homes where he isn’t left from 8-6 so somewhere a person works from home to continue companionship, training and affection! Are you looking for an adorable, unique and well-behaved puppy who will fit into many lifestyles? If Jakers is the one for you please COMPLETE OUR APPLICATION on our website below, THEN TEXT SARA: 214-549-9905 So one of us can check your app and get back to you! Story
Newman was born on January 1st, 2021 and is now 3 years old. He is a very sweet and loyal partner. Newman loves to snuggle and loves treats. He will follow you around wherever you go, but he also loves to just chill in his bed. He isn’t big on toys, he prefers to get scratches. Newman is a very sweet dog but unfortunately he does not like our senior male dog. He is crate trained. Newman gets along with our female dogs perfectly fine! So he may be okay in a home with a female companion or as an only dog!
