Age: 6 years old Gender: Male Breed: Bull Mastiff mix Weight: 84 lbs Personality: Very sweet and cuddly! He is very pleasant to walk if there are no other dogs in the area. He is learning to be more confident and less reactive. Education: Good with bathroom and leash training and is working on leash reactivity Favorite Activities: Tug of war, long night walks, hanging out in the kitchen Looking for: An active family who will love him and play with him! Some patient training will help him be the best boy ever! He will do best as an only dog right now. Hippo likes routine so someone who can create some structure for him would be ideal to help with his anxiety! A family with kids would be good, too - he has been great with kids of all ages, even with toddlers! A home with a backyard in a quiet neighborhood would be great! Special needs: Current medication to help with separation anxiety Prozac (fluoxetine) (~$5.00). Monthly cost depending on where purchased and market value. Adoption Fee: $ 250 ##1733826##

True to his name, Clifford is a big dog with a big heart-and sometimes big feelings too. This gentle giant can feel unsure around new people, especially men, so he needs humans who will proudly advocate for his space on walks and when visitors come over. Giving him time and calm introductions helps him feel safe. Clifford's size may be impressive, but his nature is soft and sensitive. He's best suited to a home with children aged 8 and up who can respect his boundaries. Clifford came to us as a stray, so his past is a bit of a mystery, but he's ready to grow something even bigger than himself: trust, confidence, and a home.Shy/Fearful Dog: This pet requires a virtual behavior consult, please watch THIS video to learn more about them.
