Story
Meet Toby! This sweet boy was rescued from the streets of Mexico after likely being hit by a car and damaging his two front legs. He's a friendly, gentle boy who is dog, kid, and cat-friendly. He prefers cat companions who are dog-friendly. Toby rides in the car well. He is estimated to be around 1.5 years old and weighs about 60 lbs. Our guess is he is a lab/shepherd blend. Toby has recovered and walks well; he is working on his leash skills and crate skills and is house-trained. He loves playing with his toys and romping around with other dogs. Toby is a bright and gentle boy who deserves the warmth of a loving family. Could that be you?

Whether it’s walks, hikes, or any outdoor fun, he’s always up for it! He’d thrive in a home with a backyard and maybe another playful pup to keep him company. He’s also a sweetheart with people — Titus loves attention from children and adults alike and happily soaks up every pet and scratch he can get. He hasn’t been around cats yet, but he’s such a good-natured, fun-loving, and beautiful dog who just wants to be part of a loving home. Interested in meeting Titus? Story
Meet Arlo Arlo is a handsome, approximately 16-month-old Anatolian Shepherd, believed to be purebred (though a bit smaller than typical for the breed). He was rescued from Carlsbad Animal Services in May of last year and has grown into a loving, loyal companion. Arlo is very affectionate and generally calm around the house, but like most young guardian breeds, he has bursts of energy and needs room to run and regular exercise to stay happy and balanced. He does well around other dogs, though he may become defensive if approached by aggressive dogs. Arlo is: ✔ house trained ✔ crate trained ✔ comfortable in the car ✔ leash trained He does have a strong prey drive and may chase rabbits or small animals, so a secure yard and attentive handling are important. Because of his size, strength, and occasional reactivity, Arlo will do best with an experienced dog owner who can confidently manage a large, powerful dog and provide the structure, space, and activity he needs to thrive.

Please consider adopting one (or more!) of these fur babies! Due to high volume of calls; NO PHONE calls are accepted at this time - therefore, please text us or email us.- A minute of conscious - Please read:) We ask you Please to be SERIOUS adopters; as there have been so many people that are not ready. We set up meet & greet appointments, do a home visit or send them the address for some meet & greet locations, paperwork and suddenly they said they are not ready or spouse is not ready, etc. These fur kids have a very hard day the day of their appointment. Due to travelling we hold their food, so they won't get car sick. We bath them, some of them are schedule for grooming as you know it is stressful for them; then they have to travel with us picking up other rescued fur kids, and so on, it is a very stressful hard day for them for people to just cancel at last minute or not show up or do show up and just say they are not ready. Our time as well as your time is valuable. Please don't waste valuable time that is so precious for a rescued pet. Every single wasted time is a time that an animal will die because we didn't get to them on time to help them. In addition, of wasting gas and grooming fees which are paid by volunteers. Please take the time to put your shoes in the shoes of the volunteer and most of it to put your shoes on our rescued fur kids!! Please take a minute to tell yourself if you are ready to adopt and for this commitment. LIVE!! LOVE!! LAUGH!! ADOPT A RESCUED HOMELESS PET AND SAVE A LIFE!! Less

Story
Hi there. I am rehoming Brutus, my purebred Belgian Malinois. He is very sweet and would be happy to cuddle up next to you. He matches whatever energy level you have. When we are not home he has free range of the house and does not damage anything. He is very watchful. He is good with my daughter, but does not have much experience with other kids. He has had no exposure to other animals aside from our other dog. He loves to play fetch and is extremely food and toy motivated without aggression. He is not leash trained, but has trained easily in the past. Brutus is trying to be the dominant dog out of our two dogs and our older, more established, female is not about it. He has strong herding instincts and does understand when to leave her alone. She has attacked him multiple time which has lead to multiple trips to the vet with multiple recoveries. It is not safe to have them together unsupervised. He does have an idiopathic seizure condition that is completely by medication.
