Mom is a SUPER FRIENDLY Calico Sweetheart- kittens were born last week (neighbor took the pregnant Mom indoors to be safe but cannot keep them there!) These four tiny babies are still WITH MOM, we need a FOSTER HOME for the four kittens WITH the Calico Mom! If you have a GUEST room or other SAFE SPACE where Mom can raise her babies, YOU get to PLAY WITH THE KITTENS and help socialize them, then YOU may be considered to adopt the PICK OF THE LITTER (Preferably two, of course, because kittens are best in pairs!) ACT FAST! With all of the RAIN COMING for the rest of the week its CRITICAL that these babies dont go back into the street! HELP! Kay gave birth in a baseball dugout, because who needs a hospital when you've got a dugout, right? It was the only safe place she could find, and at 8 months old, she was basically a baby herself. What she didn't know was that the summer heat would be unbearable in the dugout, but luckily a Good Samaritan came to her rescue. Since then, her babies have been adopted. Mama Kay is getting some much-needed rest and enjoying living indoors, playing with toys and living her best life. Kay does well with other indoor cats but is still fearful of dogs. She may learn to enjoy the company of dogs with a very slow introduction but a cat only home might be the best option for her.
