Story
Lucy is 2 years old pretty mix calico cat. She likes to be outside, but our neighborhood is not a safe place to let her out , she likes dry and wet food mix. She is very friendly and likes to cuddle. Lucy is being very gently treated in our home, but unfortunately we have to let her go to different home. We would like to rehome her due to our health issues- we are allergic to cats hair, and its becoming serious illness. We hope she would find a nice home.Thank you (xxx) xxx-xxxx

Not good with kids, Not good with dogs, Not good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
I have multiple cats, a dog, and teenage boys, and Rita prefers quiet areas of the house. She bonds more easily with women and is very sweet, enjoying petting (except on her belly). Loud noises like the vacuum frighten her.Feeding is difficult with several cats, and Rita has gained weight because one of my cats requires frequent meals. She doesn’t beg for food, but she will eat if it’s available. As the only pet, her weight should improve with normal feeding routines. She has had some mild hair thinning near her lower back and tail, which has improved. A vet visit could help determine whether it was related to stress or diet. I was told she was spayed, but she occasionally shows signs that make me uncertain. A vet can easily confirm her status.Rita coexists peacefully with other animals but truly thrives when she has her own quiet space. She would do best as the only pet in a calm home with an uncovered litter box.The adoption helps protect Rita from unsafe "free pet" situations.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process.  Hi. I'm Jennifer. Yes, that Jennifer. The one with opinions. Lots of them. Let's get one thing straight: if I choose to nap in the exact middle of the hallway, that's my decision. If you almost trip over me, I'll be sure to let you know about it. Loudly. Consider it character-building. I also believe bathroom time is a team activity, and the sink water is obviously better than the perfectly fresh water in my bowl. You'll understand eventually. Now for the important things: I love catnip. The second my human servants open the container, I become the happiest cat on Earth. Wand toys? Amazing. Couch cuddles? Absolutely—on my schedule, of course. I'll even curl up in your lap and sleep beside you at night once you've earned my trust. I'm not really interested in sharing my people with other cats. I'd much rather be your one and only, where I can soak up all the attention I deserve. I'm a little moody, a little dramatic, and a whole lot of personality. If you appreciate a cat with sass, humor, and a heart full of love, I think we'll get along just fine. **I am part of the From Our Home to Yours Program. Mini is simply a joy. She is the most lovable little girl. Loves to lay on you and make biscuits. She keeps to herself unless it’s time to snuggle. She is so well behaved. Litter train. To chubby to jump up on counters, lol we named her Mini because she was so tiny when she was born and she clearly has outgrown her name lol she is large and in charge, but we don’t judge her. Mini was a rescue that I had for a few years. She is six years old, but my youngest daughter has recently developed allergies so I have to thin my heard unfortunately 💔 She lives with five other cats two Cane Corso’s and one Rottweiler. She is the sweetest girl & we sure will miss her

904-495-8567 ADOPT PEARL! A super sweet young cat who has BLUE EYES, does well with other pets, and is lovable and playful! *I have a video of her so if you can’t see it here please text me and I can send directly to you! This adoption is NOT through Furry Nation Salvation and is a Courtesy Post. Please call the individual listed below with any further questions or to set up a time to meet the pet. Thank you. Please call/text this number if interested: 904-495-8567 Cat located in this city: St. Augustine, FL Cat’s Name: Pearl Cat’s Age & Sex: (4, Female) Cat’s vetting history (spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped): Spayed, Vaccinated (can provide records), Microchipped Animals story: (where found and reason for wanting to rehome): Originally adopted, we can't take them to where we are moving and this has been so difficult on us! We hope to find them awesome homes where they can be loved and live safely indoors. Personality (shy, social, likes to be held, lap cat? Likes or dislikes): Meet Pearl 🤍 If you’re looking for a little light and joy in your home, Pearl is exactly that—a bright, playful spirit wrapped in soft white fur and the most striking blue eyes you’ve ever seen. At 4 years old, Pearl is full of personality and love. She’s incredibly friendly and will happily greet you at the door like you’re the best part of her day—because to her, you are. She adores attention, cuddles close, and her loud, happy purr is constant proof of just how much she loves being near her people. Pearl still carries a bit of her kitten spirit with her. She loves to play—chasing a laser, batting at a feather on a string, or even revisiting her old favorite: a simple shoelace. And in true Pearl fashion, she takes her mornings seriously… especially when it comes to tuna. Don’t be surprised if she gently wakes you up to remind you—it’s one of her favorite daily rituals. She is wonderfully affectionate, adaptable, and does great with both children and dogs, making her an easy fit for many types of loving homes. Any Supplies that go with pet (food, litter, leash, cat box, bedding, toys): 1 Litter box , toys, food, and tuna What food is the cat eating (dry only, dry and wet): Tuna Cans and dry food- but I just learned why wet food is so important so read more below. :::::::::::Please know that cats need canned wet food given DAILY. Why? Because cats have a low thirst drive and actually NEED the moisture from the wet food! Wet food is 75 % water (dry FOOD only 10%) and giving them wet food daily will help them avoid Urinary tract issues (which can lead to litter box avoidance), kidney disease, obesity issues linked to diabetes and cardiac issues. You will save on vet bills too! Limit the overly processed dry food and ensure cat eats all the wet food daily. At the VERY minimum each cat should get one 3oz. can of wet food a day or HALF of a 5.5oz. can a day (although we recommend double this). :::::::::::: More info here: FurryNationSalvation.Org/wetfood IF YOU WANT TO ADOPT: 1) Please show up with a cat carrier 2) Small adoption fee of: $25 3) I will call/text one month from adoption day just to make sure everything is going well 4) Please show up with your Driver's License. 5) Information sheet will be filled out (your information as well as mine) *Please know, that when you bring your newly adopted cat or kitten home, it is always BEST to place him/her in a very small room (bathroom works great) with their litter box, food, water, and bed for a few days to a few weeks. This way the animal can adjust much quicker and get acclimated to the new environment with less stress. All cats/kittens need time to adjust, so if you adopt please allow this. Thank you. Call/text me if interested in this kitty: Andy - 904-495-8567
