Story
As much as I love my human and she loves me, she has to move to Asstd Living and I can’t go :( I am 7 yrs old, healthy and a very good girl. Mom says I’m an “inside cat”. I do not scratch furniture (I love my scratch posts), don’t break anything or jump on counters. I never do my personal business anywhere but my own “place”. I like to play with cat toys and when my Mom brushes me. I’m very good company for my Mom. I talk to her, follow her and wait for her to come home, but sometimes I also like time alone. Mom says I would be happiest being the only pet so I can give all my love to my new adult human. ~ Maddy

Story
I have three other cats and a dog. I also have teenage boys. Rita prefers to stay in a quiet location of the house. She also prefers a female owner. Loud noises like the vacuum frighten her. She is very sweet and enjoys being petted, except for her belly. Having multiple cats makes feeding time a challenge. I have one large breed cat that demands more food. As a result, Rita takes advantage of the multiple feedings and has become overweight. I think her weight will return to normal once she is the only cat. She doesn't demand food, but if the opportunity is there, she will eat. She has some hair loss near her lower back and tail. I’ve had several emergencies lately that prevent me taking her to the vet. I was told she was spayed, but she still exhibits possible un-spayed behavior. She seems to prefer an uncovered litter box.

Story
Lucy is 2 years old pretty mix calico cat. She likes to be outside, but our neighborhood is not a safe place to let her out , she likes dry and wet food mix. She is very friendly and likes to cuddle. We would like to rehome her due to our health issues- we are allergic to cats hair, and its becoming serious illness. We hope she would find a nice home. Thank you (xxx) xxx-xxxx

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Monki!! Named for the adorable, bouncy way she runs around the house. At 7 years young, this beautiful Tortoiseshell girl has the perfect blend of a youthful, playful spirit and the mature, easygoing vibe of a seasoned indoor companion. Monki has quite the origin story! Rescued from a water pipe as a tiny newborn, she was bottle-fed by kind humans before finding her way to her current home. Because of that early love, she grew up into an incredibly gentle, affectionate, and trusting companion. Personality & Daily Routine: Monki strikes the ultimate balance between independent and loving. She is a total sweetheart who loves to snuggle up near you and chat about her day, but she is never overly demanding or needy. Monki is strictly an indoor cat, but she loves bird-watching from a sunny window or relaxing on a secure, screened porch. Don’t let her age fool you—she has plenty of playful energy! Her absolute favorites are catnip mice and chasing after a feather wand toy. Monki is good with furniture. As long as she has her own scratch pads or a scratching post, she knows exactly where to groom her claws. She enjoys having a quiet space to nap or hide away when strangers/maintenance persons come to the house, her preferred 'feel safe place' is under the bed. Health & Wellness: Monki is in excellent health, maintains a good weight, and has been well cared for. Strictly indoors and completely flea-free. Up-to-date on her rabies vaccination and wellness exam and had a recent nail trim. The Ideal Home Monki is a flexible girl, but because she’s lived a quiet life, she has a few preferences for her next chapter: Other Pets: She hasn't been around other cats since she was a kitten, so she would love to be your one-and-only queen. However, she could likely coexist with another cat if given a very slow, patient introduction. (Fun fact: She once had a large pet lizard friend and was incredibly gentle and loving toward it!) Dogs & Kids: Monki has never been around dogs or children, so a peaceful, adult-only home (or one with older, cat-savvy kids) would suit her best. If you’re looking for a gorgeous, talkative best friend to share your life with, Monki is ready to leap into your heart! If you believe Monki would be a good foy for your family and would like to have a meet n greet, please submit an online app www.cattailcorneradoptions.org Any questions contact her foster parent Gina 407-619-6883Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 11, 2026, 3:16 pm

Story
Nice to meet you my name is Mirabella! I'm looking for my perfect forever home. I'm currently the shelters longest resident. When I first arrived to the shelter over a YEAR ago I was heavily pregnant and would soon give birth to 8 healthy boys. All of my sons have been adopted into amazing forever homes. The last year has been very busy for me so my ideal home would be a quiet one. I tolerate other cats but after raising a whole army I would prefer to be the only cat in the home! Please stop by and meet me!

Story
Who are you staring at? Well since you're here I'll give you the rundown. My name is Salem and I was brought to the shelter as a tiny kitten by an Animal Control Officer who found me and pretty ruff shape. Thankfully with lots of TLC I'm happy and healthy! I was born with a small growth in my eye and it does make is harder for me see but you better BELIEVE is doesn't slow me down. I love other cats and I would prefer a home with feline friends. Any human who another kitty likes is alright with me! Please stop by and meet me, bonus points if you want to give me some treats!
