Story
Meet Your New Best Friend! This beautiful 11-month-old calico/tabby girl is the perfect mix of playful, sweet, and snuggly. She loves to play and explore, but when it’s time to wind down, she’s more than happy to curl up beside you for a good nap. She’s also an easy girl to please at mealtime — no picky eater here! Dogs: She can do well with dogs when given a proper, slow introduction. Cats: She prefers to be the only cat in the home and is looking for a family where she can have all the feline attention to herself. Fully vetted and ready for her forever home! At just 11 months old, she still has plenty of kitten playfulness but is old enough for her wonderful personality to really shine. She’s a great cat who just needs the right home where she can be loved for exactly who she is. If you’re looking for a playful companion, a nap buddy, and a beautiful girl to call your own, she may be the one you’ve been waiting for. Adopt her and give this sweet girl the forever home she deserves!   ##2828486##

Story
I got Muffin from Dakine Humane Society when she was four months. I’m looking for someone who will care for her, scoop her litter daily, feed her good food, make sure her water bowl is always full, and play with her. Muffin is very sweet. She loves her naps and afterwards she loves getting on your lap for a cuddle. She’s is more reserved and rarely begs for attention (unless she’s hungry). She eats twice a day and doesn’t graze. I’ve had her for nine years now and she’s a phenomenal cat. The adoption fee is present to deter any malicious people who would adopt her just to harm her.

Story
Freya and Luna are a beautiful mother-daughter pair with perfectly complementing personalities! Mom Luna (2-3 years old, black), is an absolute sweetie-pie who loves being petted and watching squirrel TV. She's loving, tolerant, patient and thoroughly enjoying spending her kitten years now after being a mom so early in her life. She's quite a conversationalist (especially with toys in her mouth) and so cute zooming around batting and throwing her mouse toys around! She also loves wand toys and her kitty pool table. She's a delightful kitty, so trusting and easygoing. Daughter Freya (born 9/2025, calico) adores Luna, she'll find her and rub on her until Luna gives her a nice bath. Like Luna, Freya is also a sweet, gentle girl, she gets along well with other cats, likes to follow them around if they have a toy she's interested in but seldom takes it, and likes to play with them. She's amusingly competitive though, she doesn't wrestle with the other cats often but when she does, she'll "yell" at them if they start to "win!" With humans, she's still learning to give and receive affection and shows trust and love in her own way. Food and wand toys are the way to her heart! She will blossom in a quieter home with a cat-savvy person who honors her boundaries and who will continue, with Luna, to help her become more comfortable and confident with interactions. They would love to be the queens of their castle where they can receive and share all the attention they deserve and their personalities can shine. Story
Meet Holly Hobby Holly Hobby is a stunning dilute calico beauty with mesmerizing golden eyes and a quiet grace that will melt your heart. Holly loves to be petted and will look at you with those eyes so that you can't help but oblige! Petting her is very satisfying because she stretches her body into your hand to get the most out of your offered pets. Holly is a gentle girl who thrives in a nurturing environment, as well as having a flare of the calico confidence. She is looking for a warm companion who is happy to hand out pets. She is a quiet, easy kitty who requests pets by reaching out a paw and cute mew, and then leans into enjoy them. She is on a prescription diet to prevent crystals in her bladder. She eats her prescription food well. That is the only special care she needs. She will do best in a home with adults or a kind-hearted singleton. She also needs people who understand that not every cat enjoys being picked up. When her foster picks her up, Holly just lodges her complaint with management by squiggling and squirming. This sweetheart wouldn't resort to claws! She currently lives peacefully with other 4 cats and 4 kittens and would be happy in a feline-friendly home — or she’d be just as content being your one and only. Canine visitors put her on her guard. She is very tidy with her litter box. She loves a comfy blanket and a good view of cat TV. Holly Hobby asks if you will be her friend? Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 14,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Story
Meet Catherine Wuthering Heights! 🖤🧡🤍 If you’re looking for a cat who will never leave you wondering what she’s thinking, allow us to introduce you to Catherine Wuthering Heights! This gorgeous calico is an absolute GREAT communicator, and she has plenty to say. Catherine first made it very clear that she had decided humans were exactly what she needed when she showed up on a front porch, peering through the windows and meowing to be invited inside. And with three dogs already in the house, you can imagine how serious she was about making her wishes known! 😂 Catherine has remained quite the conversationalist ever since. She purrs, chirps, trills, and meows depending on exactly what she wants to communicate. She is also wonderfully affectionate and loves being included in whatever her people are doing. Her favorite activity is sitting on the floor with her humans, happily going back and forth between them for attention and affection. And if you happen to make the mistake of picking up your phone while Catherine is still enjoying her attention time? She will head-butt that phone right out of the way. Your notifications can wait. Catherine has decided it is cuddle time. 😹 She isn't particularly interested in toys unless you are the one playing with her, because apparently the real entertainment is spending time with her favorite people. She absolutely loves catnip and has a special appreciation for cozy blankets. In fact, Catherine will happily snuggle herself into a blanket even during a Houston summer, so we're fairly certain she is going to require her own parka once winter arrives! 🥰 Catherine is affectionate, expressive, interactive, and full of personality. She isn't just looking for a home—she's looking for her people, preferably the kind who don't mind being reminded that their phone is far less interesting than she is. If you're ready for a beautiful calico who will talk to you, cuddle with you, and make sure you're giving her the attention she deserves, Catherine Wuthering Heights may be your girl! 🐾 Questions??? This is Lester and suki, Lester is a Maine Coon who is fiv positive he is up to date on his vet care, and no health issues. Lester is bonded with suki they have been together all their lives. So we will not separate them they must go as a pair. They were surrendered due to their previous owner passing away which is very sad, they are in a great foster home and doing great. They are very friendly and love their pets, they have been with us awhile. It's so sad because all they want is a place to call home!! Don't let the Fiv scare you people cannot contact it or dogs it is only contacted thru blood from another cat or sexual contact. Lester and suki have lived together their whole lives, and suki does not have fiv.and they are a bonded pair.

Story
Smokey is a sweetheart of a cat who had a rough start in life. He was removed from a hoarding situation with 20 cats in a small apartment. He very rarely received any attention or affection and spent most of his time hiding in a kitchen cabinet. In spite of this, he is a super loving, affectionate, and gentle cat. It took him a few days to feel safe in a foster home, but once he came out of his shell, he can't get enough pets and affection. He gives head butts for more pets or jumps up to touch his head to your palm to signal that he would like More Petting Please! He isn't a pest about it, however, and will happily curl up on the couch beside you or on the floor or a cozy bed while you work, watch tv, read, etc. He is an all-around good-natured cat who gets along well with other cats and would probably be okay with a calm, cat-savvy dog, with a slow and careful introduction. Smokey would do best in a calm household with people who want to show him the affection he missed out in in his first couple of years of life. He is all black except for the toes of one foot, which look like he dipped them in a can of white paint.
