Heres Asteriod! She is a one of a kind kitten 10months. Birthday Is December 9th. Ive had her since she was born, i also had her mother 6months before she gotten pregnant. She is great with kids. Loves the sun! Jumps, races, and hides. She is one playful kitten, & very lovable. I can no longer hold her due to my landlord charging extra & i do want her to have a good home i really wish i didnt have too give her up so soon. Eleanor came to HHR as a stray from a rough neighborhood known for being a dumping ground for unwanted cats. We attempted to find an owner but she was never reclaimed. Eleanor gets along fine with other cats and would be a perfect first time/family kitty. Eleanor is about a 2-3 years old. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV negative. Betty is as resilient as she is sweet, surviving outside as they did. And, Betty was never one to turn down solving a mystery, so let's help her solve the mystery of finding her forever family. She'll follow the clues right to her new home, so let's help her out and fill out an application! Philomenia loves humans and will shower you with affection. She loves to wind in and out of your legs..  Philomenia also enjoys having a human companion to watch her eat (it's a perfect meal mate date, but you have to cover the bill).  She loves to play with toys and will sit beside you for a short time—just make sure not to rub her flanks. Meet Cutie Pie, the name that fits her perfectly. This 12-week-old calico sweetheart is a bundle of love wrapped in soft, colorful fur. She’s gentle, snuggly, and already knows how to make everyone around her fall head over heels. Cutie Pie adores playing with the other cats in her foster home and is wonderfully patient with children. She’s also learning that dogs aren’t too bad — she tolerates them with grace, especially if they mind their manners. She’s litter box trained, crate trained, and already showing how smart and easygoing she is. One of her favorite quirks? Sneaking over to the sink to drink straight from the faucet, because apparently water is just fancier that way. Our barn cat program is for our cats that take part in the TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) program but can't be returned to their communities because of danger or lack of care. These are our less social cats that don't crave the company of people, at least at this point in their lives. These cats are peaceful, easy to care for, and make friends easily with other farm animals. Pictured is our lovely Chula who was adopted as a mouser for the family chicken coop. The family followed the relocation instructions and Chula became queen of the land! Like Chula, many families that have adopted a barn cat report that the cats have become friendly over time and bonded with the other animals as well has the people. Most often, the cats are delivered in pairs by our volunteer that settle the cats in and provide instructions for you to follow. All agree that it is very rewarding to give a home and freedom to a less fortunate cat who just by chance was born without a human hand. Biggie is a dig, dumpling. He is round and so cute! He is chill for a kitten and very sweet. Biggie was adopted but had to come back to us because the child had a bad allergic reaction. It was so sad for everyone and we feel for the child who had so much love to give and really bonded with Biggie in the short time they had him. Please make sure that your child is not allergic. Have them sleep over at a friend's for a relative's house that has a cat. Please don't think that any breed is hypoallergenic. Breeders will say things online to push their breeds. Please let us know if there is a slight allergy in the house and we can work with you because there are volunteers in our group with cat allergies also. Calvin and Hobbs are Olives sweet little boys. They are energetic and fun loving. Hobbs has some scarring in his eye from the common virus that most cats get. Some cats react to it more than others, thus the case with Hobbs. The ophthalmologist feels that the eye will heal but leave a little scarring. If he should need surgery when he is older, we would set that up through our vet for you. Right now, he is having a blast. The boys do not have to go together because they are so much alike.
