Story
Meet Georgette, a beautiful calico kitten who looks just like her mother. This sweet girl is a bit more timid than her siblings and prefers affection on her own terms. While she may not enjoy being held, Georgette has her own quiet way of seeking attention and companionship when she feels comfortable. Georgette loves to play and can often be found chasing cat toys or wrestling with her kitten siblings. Her playful spirit shines once she settles in and feels at ease. With patience, understanding, and a loving home, Georgette is sure to blossom into a wonderful companion. As a general rule, we recommend that young kittens only go in pairs or to households that already have another pet. Young kittens on their own, no matter how much attention they get from humans, usually get bored and tend to be more destructive.  They need another animal to help socialize them (to learn how to appropriately wrestle, boundaries, etc).  Most times having another cat is the best, though some may be okay with a gentle dog. You can see more pictures and videos of our fosters on our facebook page:  Sophia L'Orange Kitten Rescue All of our adoptable animals are cared for and assessed in foster homes (we do not have a shelter), up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV, before they are adopted. They have had de-worming medication as a standard of care and Flea/Tick/Ear Mite preventive treatment. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet. ##2680322##

Story
Hi, my name is Polly Pocket, Polly for short, This is me when my foster mom first got me, she said I look like some sort of weird rabbit lol Maybe, but I don’t see it ‍ she called me Polly Pocket because I once fit in the palm of her hand and was only a half a pound at about 7 weeks old. I had several brothers and sisters and we were all in a box together. Some lady my foster mom didn’t know took the box of my brothers and sisters and let me loose in the warehouse because she said I was ugly! She wasn’t very nice, I was scared and really missed my brothers and sisters but then my new foster mom caught me! I did try and bite her at first, but I was scared! She was so nice though and held me tight and told me how pretty she thought I was, so it wasn’t long before I loved her and she gave me lots of kisses. She took me to see the doctor and the doctor gave a quick look and told her that I didn’t have any eyelids, but that’s what gave me my unusual beauty. I was also kind of sick, I have trouble breathing and snort (foster mom thinks it’s cute) it has taken a while for me to grow in size, she had me with younger kittens but they started to grow and I didn’t …. So she moved me again because she didn’t want me to get hurt when we played to rough lol I told her I could take care of myself!  So she found me the purrfect playmate, a huge boy named Swat! He swats everyone but me, he takes care of me.  But everyone thinks its time for me to find a loving home so I can know more of the world than Swat. Story
Meet Holly Hobby Holly Hobby is a stunning dilute calico beauty with mesmerizing golden eyes and a quiet grace that will melt your heart. Holly loves to be petted and will look at you with those eyes so that you can't help but oblige! Petting her is very satisfying because she stretches her body into your hand to get the most out of your offered pets. Holly is a gentle girl who thrives in a nurturing environment, as well as having a flare of the calico confidence. She is looking for a warm companion who is happy to hand out pets. She is a quiet, easy kitty who requests pets by reaching out a paw and cute mew, and then leans into enjoy them. She is on a prescription diet to prevent crystals in her bladder. She eats her prescription food well. That is the only special care she needs. She will do best in a home with adults or a kind-hearted singleton. She also needs people who understand that not every cat enjoys being picked up. When her foster picks her up, Holly just lodges her complaint with management by squiggling and squirming. This sweetheart wouldn't resort to claws! She currently lives peacefully with other 4 cats and 4 kittens and would be happy in a feline-friendly home — or she’d be just as content being your one and only. Canine visitors put her on her guard. She is very tidy with her litter box. She loves a comfy blanket and a good view of cat TV. Holly Hobby asks if you will be her friend? Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 14,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes.
