We got Nemo to have another cat. However that didn’t really work out for us as we believe Nemo will strive best as the only pet/cat in the household! He loves to play and is super confident however he does need to learn boundaries as he is also a very curious cat!

This guy was found on a highway with cars racing in both directions, and it was a miracle he was alive. A good samaritan stopped traffic and picked this guy up and truly saved his life. Sadly he didn’t come out of it unscathed as his leg had been hit, but it was a miracle he was alive. They reached out to rescue and thankfully a foster agreed to take him and he was rushed right to the vet. He was all in all amazingly healthy and in good spirits, but it was eventually determined that his leg needed to be amputated. So, Mr. Alex is now a handsome, loving, one year old boy who is a “tripod”! He doesn’t let being 3 legged negatively impact his life at all and he is not special needs, he’s just got a unique story he’s grateful to have survived. In addition to his amputation, this guy has had all other medical work completed as well! He’s now current on vaccines, deworming, preventative, and he’s tested negative for fiv/felv. He has also been neutered and microchipped! This guys been given a clean bill of health and is now officially ready to find love! Alex has been an absolute dream in his foster home. He is excellent with other cats, happy to snuggle and be kind to any new feline friends. He is also great with dogs. He reliably uses the litterbox and has perfect house manners. He is described as “the sweetest cat on the planet”. He is the definition of a Lapcat. He is an easy going, peaceful presence in the house and when you sit on the sofa or lay in bed, he will reliably hop up purring, and snuggle right up with you gently, so grateful to be loved. There’s nothing negative about this guy, he’s so purely and simply sweet and loving. He’s truly thankful for his second chance at life and can’t wait to begin his next chapter with a wonderful home to call his own. This wonderfully sweet, absolutely gorgeous silver Tabby boy is Smokey! Smokey came into the shelter with his sibling and his soft fluffy coat and cuddly personality stole everyone’s hearts! They were a favorite from the beginning as they are just so wonderful with everyone. When the shelter reached out for help we just knew we had to save these babies! This baby boy has just officially had all of his medical work completed! He’s now current on vaccines, deworming, preventative, and fiv/felv tested negative. Smokey is a sweetheart of a cat who had a rough start in life. He was removed from a hoarding situation with 20 cats in a small apartment. He very rarely received any attention or affection and spent most of his time hiding in a kitchen cabinet. In spite of this, he is a super loving, affectionate, and gentle cat. It took him a few days to feel safe in a foster home, but once he came out of his shell, he can't get enough pets and affection. He gives head butts for more pets or jumps up to touch his head to your palm to signal that he would like More Petting Please! He isn't a pest about it, however, and will happily curl up on the couch beside you or on the floor or a cozy bed while you work, watch tv, read, etc. He is an all-around good-natured cat who gets along well with other cats and would probably be okay with a calm, cat-savvy dog, with a slow and careful introduction. Smokey would do best in a calm household with people who want to show him the affection he missed out in in his first couple of years of life. He is all black except for the toes of one foot, which look like he dipped them in a can of white paint.

A “Tiny Spirit Kitten” is a feral or extremely shy kitten that has had no socialization with people in their first few months of life. These kittens will vary in terms of becoming social in their new homes; some may become very sweet and outgoing, while others may only ever trust you and no one else. They will all take patience, dedication and hard work to help them adjust into home life. Confinement to a single small room with a litter box, food, and water is a must. They do well in a home with other animals and, depending on the kitten, may even do well with children. They will go home with specific instructions that will need to be followed in order for everyone to have a successful transition.
