Calico kittens & cats in Fredericksburg, Virginia

She is very needy and needs a lot of attention.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi there! I'm friendly because I've been living in the office of a car dealership. I live there with my brother Sunny and my sister Luna.  We are 3 very cute, sweet, well mannered kittens.  We have no choice.  We live in a very public place.   I have daydreams about a cozy warm home with a soft sofa! Please make my dreams come true. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.September 28, 2026, 7:48 pm

Meet Pixie and Trixie! Pixie and Trixie came to us when  a family came home from vacation and found these now 7 week old sisters lounging on their porch sofa (see photo below).Trixie is a beautiful calico girl. She is super loving and likes to lay on your lap and get belly rubs, however she must be in the mood for it. When she is not in the mood, it's hands off and she is off to play!  Pixie is a beautiful torti who is learning to to warm up and trust people. She prefers to let Trixie take the lead and do all the "peopling" for her and would prefer to sit back and watch. These sisters are bonded and need to be adopted together. ($40 discount when adopting two.) Both girls are available now and are/will be dewormed, received an FVRCP vaccine and a booster, a rabies vaccine when spayed at 4 months, spayed, combo tested, and microchipped with a lifetime registration. Meet Sunny #6475, a gorgeous 14-years-young calico queen looking for a quiet home to spend her golden years. Sunny has lived most of her life with one family and, through no fault of her own, is searching for a new place to call home. She recently received a clean bill of health from the vet and is ready to share her heart with someone special. At first, Sunny can be a little shy, but once she trusts you, she’s incredibly affectionate. She loves head scratches, chin rubs, soft blankets, cat trees, hidey cubes, and stretching out in a sunny window. Her beautiful coat does require regular brushing, and she’s a wonderful client at the groomer, visiting twice a year for a spa day. Like any proper calico queen, Sunny prefers affection on her terms. Her ideal home is quiet and low-traffic, with an adopter who appreciates a companion rather than a constant lap cat. She would do best as an only pet or with very mellow pets that will respect her space. Dogs are not her thing. Sunny weighs 12 pounds, has been strictly indoors her entire life, and would love nothing more than a patient adopter who can give her the time and attention she deserves. If you think Sunny may be the perfect companion for you, please complete our cat adoption application: https://www.lastchanceanimalrescue.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/Feline-Adoption-Request-Form.pdf Once completed, email the application to dogs@lastchanceanimalrescue.org with the subject line "Sunny the Cat." Approved applicants may then be contacted to arrange a meet-and-greet with Sunny.

Meatball is not like other cats. You thought you were cat savvy? Cute. Meatball is a dog disguised as a cat who is secretly running an organized crime operation out of your living room. She is fat. She is sassy. She is deeply committed to being involved in whatever you are doing and then taking over to show you how to do it right. Overstimulated? Never heard of her. Always stimulated. Meatball doesn’t need you to understand her. She needs you to respect the hierarchy, know how to use a feather wand toy, and for you to be okay with occasionally getting fluffed up if you cross the line. She has the confidence of someone who owns the building and the audacity of someone who definitely has a guy. She’s basically a mob boss with whiskers and absolutely no interest in pretending otherwise. She's not for everyone, and she's okay with that. And no. Absolutely no kids.

Meet Yamaha, a 2-year-old lover boy with a passion for naps. He's happiest curled up beside you, purring his way into dreamland. Looking for a cuddly, sleepy sidekick? Yamaha's ready to snooze into your heart.
