Story
Introducing Miss Cassie!“I am a sweet, shy, yet energetic Cane Corso husky mix. I seem to love all other dogs, am dainty yet love to romp and have a good play session! I am easy on a leash and beginning to learn basic commands. My past was a bit stressful for such a young pup, I have been taking time with my patient foster family and foster siblings to learn about family life. I am eager to greet you every morning but do like to go at my own pace getting to know you and am cautious about new people entering my space. I’m looking for patient owners, perhaps with another young dog for me to play with! I love to explore and prefer to have lots of opportunities to be active.”What her fosters have to say: Cassie is a stunning young female with deep, striking eyes that shine from beyond her charcoal face and muzzle. She has an ombré undercoat reminiscent of the husky within. She is quiet and in the several months she has been in foster we have been treated to her distinctive, melodic, low husky song only twice-matching the howl of outside wind and vocal pack of coyotes. We know little about Cassie’s early months other than the outwards signs of worry and quivering trepidation she once showed. In the space of just a few months, Cassie has truly shown her resilience and desire to join the family-at her own pace. She is curious and you can see the new trust building in her big beautiful eyes. She is dog and kid friendly. She has not been tested with cats. Has never shown an ounce of aggression, seeks slow affection and steady routine. Is food motivated and demonstrates easy trainability. Gentle on a leash- minimal pulling and requires only easy corrections. Beginning to learn basic command; Cassie will benefit from further socialization and obedience training.Cassie needs a patient placement that will not rush her but will earn the devoted company of a delightful, smart and loyal pup for many years to come. She has medium to high energy. Will need daily exercise. Cassie is approximately 10 months old, 55lbs. She was recently spayed, is housebroken, crate trained, UTD on all vaccinations. Every day she becomes more lighthearted!

Story
Buster was rescued from Lancaster shelter, when he found himself, euthanasia listed at the Lancaster Animal Shelter. Buster was found roaming the dessert for weeks, came in with fox tails embedded in his skin, dehydrated and starving. After a couple of weeks at the shelter, he became sick with a cold, so the shelter decided to put him down instead of caring for him and give him a chance. Busters' death was uncertain, so in the national rescue dog day we decided to scoop him up since no one did. Buster was skin and bones, he needed extra care and stability before he can become adoptable, as well as neutering procedure. Now, at 86lbs and neutered, Buster is ready for his forever home. Buster is in a foster home with kids from 2 to 7 yrs old as well as other dogs. Buster is social, still working on his skills and learning new tricks everyday. Buster has been DNA tested, a stunning 33% Neapolitan mastiff, Cane Corso and German Shepherd, he is not only a smart dog but as well as a family-oriented companion. Apply to get to know more about Buster, an amazing young pup ready to call a home his own and a family to unconditionally love. Note: Buster requires a home with high fences and secured front yard. preferably an active family and smart pup savvys.

Due to him been a big boy, sweet, strong and good, we decided to give a chance outside of the shelter. Captain was transfer to a rescue out of state and recently transferred back to us. Story
Jina was rescued from West Valley Animal Shelter a couple of days after she was surrendered by her owners due to "Cost of medical". Jina was surrendered underweight, starving, malnourished, dehydrated, with mammary masses (tumors), with Pyometra (a life-threatening condition), fully blind, at 69 lbs with no visible muscle. Her owners walked away, Jina had no medical history, just her puppy shots 6 yrs ago. We couldn't stop thinking of her dying in the shelter environment, alone and lost. We, took her in, thinking she might die anytime, but hopeful she would make a full recovery due to her will to survive and live another day every day. Jina is the dog that was in the brink of death, yet she remain strong, eager and resiliant. With a strong pull she walked us where she couldn't see, sniffing her surroundings like there was no tomorrow. We knew, she was not ready to die. Jina was diagnosed with diabetes, requiring Vetsuling 2x a day with a special diet with no grains. Other than that, Jina and healthy, happy and ready to nana nap anywhere after her doing her favorite thing in this world WALKS. Jina loves walks. she can't go far, however a block 2x a day can absolutely make her day. keeping in mind she might go low blood sugar. Jina survived extensive surgery for mammary gland removal and pyometra surgery, as well as dewclaw amputation due to both dewclaws being internally infected due to poor removal by breeder. Jina is looking for a calm, cozy, experience with diabetes home. preferably as the only dog or another elderly pup. We know Jina adoption might never happen; however, we remain hopeful.

Story
He is approximately 2 year old Extremely friendly and affectionate — genuinely loves people and thrives on companionship. Not aggressive or reserved; very social by nature. Our family is expecting a baby soon, and given his size and high energy/affection level, we want to make sure he goes to a home where he can get the attention and space he deserves. As a Cane Corso, he’s a large, powerful breed, so he does best with an experienced owner who understands the breed and can match his energy and social needs.

Story
Elke is approximately 2 years old. She has excellent house manners and enjoys snuggling in bed. She loves to play with her housemates which includes 3 other dogs and a cat. She has been left all day at home with no issues. She is protective of her space and will let you know if you have Amazon delivery.Elke has been living with me for the past 6 months. She was dumped in the local hills and was very sick, underweight and matted. I nursed her back to health and she’s healthy and energetic now. She has shown some leash reactivity with larger dogs in our neighborhood, but I have been working with a trainer and she has shown significant progress. She is not aggressive but she is shy and insecure because of her traumatic past. She would do best in a home with another younger dog because she loves to play.
