Meet Velvet! Velvet is a sweet, goofy Cane Corso with a heart as big as his paws. He can be nervous in new situations and needs a moment to trust—but once he knows you, he turns into a playful, affectionate lovebug who thinks laps are meant for him. This big guy has lots of energy and enjoys food puzzles, snuffle mats, chew toys, and trailing his person like a shadow. He’s social with other dogs, though he can be a bit excitable at first. He’s great on leash, house-trained, and sleeps quietly in his crate. Velvet had cherry-eye surgery; one eye healed perfectly and the other may stay slightly noticeable, though it doesn’t bother him. He’s also working on confidence-building training and has made great progress. While he hasn’t spent much time around young kids, Velvet could do well with dog-savvy children who understand how to interact respectfully with a large, still-learning pup. Because he’s strong, energetic, and still discovering the world, he’ll do best with someone who has large-breed experience, can set gentle boundaries, and is excited to provide daily exercise and structure. If you’re patient, loving, and ready to help a young dog blossom, Velvet will reward you with loyalty, laughter, and endless snuggles.

Brando is a 16 month cane Corso. He is sweet, but needs consistent training. He does have anxiety issues that have been addressed with a vet. He is on medication to see if it helps, but is an ongoing trial and error. He needs consistent exercise and love. He has been consistently socialized in different surroundings and places since a very young pup, but continues to need consistent socializing and work. He is a bit of insecure dog and we are constantly working on building his confidence. As most cane corsos..he is weary of strangers, but once he gets to know them he has always been fine and very curious about people. As part of his training, we keep him on a leash when people come over and let him approach once he calms down, so he learns to meet people calmly. All in all, Brando is a loveable, energetic, curious about the world and a healthy boy. He is a great companion, but does need an experienced owner. He has a lot of love to give. We just want the best for him.

Im seeking assistance to find a good home for a puppy. In brief, an extended family member obtained a puppy that they did not have time or ability to properly house, train, or socialize. Returning the puppy to the owners of the litter from which he came was not an option, and a decision was made to let it go. To avoid the probable demise of the puppy, my family opted to foster the puppy until a suitable home could be found, but we don't have the time needed to properly train and socialize this breed. It is my hope to locate a rescue or home that can provide the love, care, time, and space needed for this puppy.

He’s a Cane Corso who has been raised in a calm, caring home and has always been closely bonded to his person. He’s extremely affectionate, loyal, and people-oriented, and he does best when he has consistent companionship and structure. Over time, work and travel increased significantly, and I’ve realized I can no longer give him the level of daily presence and routine he deserves. This isn’t about any issue with him. He’s a wonderful loving dog.
