Meet Zeus! Zeus came to us as a stray in pretty terrible condition; emaciated, in pain, and unsure of everything. Thankfully Zeus is on the mend, slowly starting to gain weight and regain his confidence. Zeus's ideal home will be familiar with owning Cane Corso, as Zeus is a big guy with a very breed-typical personality. Zeus is potty trained and knows sit, down, and shake! According to Zeus' previous owner he does well with children and cats, however he has not been cat or kid tested in the shelter. If you have other animals in your home, we recommend bringing them in to do a meet and greet before taking Zeus home. Even if a dog is surrendered to us and said to be good with cats there is no way to be sure the dog will be good with your cats. We do have a 7 day foster-to-adopt program so that you can see how the dog interacts with your cats before adoption.
