Blue was born in Jan of 2020 and came into our family later the same year. This was the height of Covid and all of us were working from home. In June of last year my wife and I took a new position, which keeps us away from home 10, 12 sometimes 14 hours a day. Mom, who has been taking care of her during the day has reached the point that she physically cannot do it anymore. So, we are in need of finding our girl a new home. We don't want any adoption money just to find here a good place to live. Special notes She is a big girl that can play rough, so it is best that she is not housed with younger children. She loves, and I mean loves water bottles One of her special tricks is to balance a treat on her nose until released.

Zeke is one of three dogs, including his mother (Cane Corso), his father (American bully) and him, a Cane Corso bully mix. Zeke just turned three years old May 9 and has always been the most sweetest, lovable, big baby anyone could ask for and he takes his role as protector very seriously. So much so that about six months ago him and his dad, the American bully, started getting into little fights over territory, attention and toys. A few incidents happened right before Zeke had ACL surgery, now after that surgery, it was required that we were to keep him separate from the other two dogs for eight weeks while he recovered. He made a full recovery right before Christmas and we were excited to bring him back upstairs and back around the other dogs. Unfortunately, upon reintroduction the fighting got worse. He is great with kids and cats and even our chickens!! Would do best with no other big dogs though.

I’m 18 months old, built like a teddy bear in a bodyguard suit, and I’m here because my previous family loved me but couldn’t afford to give me the best life. You might notice my lumpy elbow in the photos—that’s a hygroma. The vet says it’s a harmless, cosmetic fluid pocket that can show up where big-boned fellas like me rest our weight. One side healed great; the other was drained and is being watched since it’s trying to come back. I feel fine and can live my best life with it, pinky promise! About me? I adore people and I’m polite about it—leaning in for head scritches, flopping for belly rubs, and gazing at you with my soft, amber eyes. I’m good with other dogs, too. And the fastest way to my heart is a bright yellow tennis ball. Toss it, and I’ll show you my goofy zoomies; keep it, and I’ll rest my giant chin on your knee for negotiations. My dream home is one that appreciates a big, gentle shadow.
