Greta is currently completing advanced, professional training at Canelot Canine and will be ready for adoption very soon! She has made incredible progress and is truly a different dog thanks to the dedicated work of their trainers. Greta is learning all basic commands, recall, and proper socialization with people, and she continues to thrive in a structured environment. Due to the trauma Greta endured earlier in life, she does have some limitations. While her training has been highly successful, her future home must be understanding of her boundaries and committed to continuing advanced training. An ideal home for Greta would be adult-only, have Cane Corso or large-breed experience, and be willing to maintain consistency and structure. Greta is a beautiful, fun, loving, and active girl who would love an active family and a fenced yard where she can run and play. She would do best as an only dog but may do well with another dog depending on the situation and proper introductions. Greta is fully vetted, and her adoption includes complimentary go-home management training sessions through Camelot Canine to ensure a smooth transition. Story
Zeke is one of three dogs, including his mother (Cane Corso), his father (American bully) and him, a Cane Corso bully mix. Zeke just turned three years old May 9  and has always been the most sweetest, lovable, big baby anyone could ask for. But him and his dad, the American bully, started getting into little fights over attention and toys. A few incidents happened right before Zeke had ACL surgery, now after that surgery, it was required that we were to keep him separate from the other two dogs for eight weeks while he recovered. He made a full recovery right before Christmas and we were excited to bring him back upstairs and back around the other dogs. Unfortunately, upon reintroduction the fighting between him and our other male got worse. He still is fine around them most of time but the fights are too unpredictable. He is great with kids and cats and even our chickens!! Would do best with no other big dogs though.

Arrrr, mateys! Long John Silver here to let ye know that he’s looking for his forever home, preferably on a pirate ship but a landlubber’s abode will do just as well. His only requirement is that it’s full of toys, because, well, this leggy fella loves toys like a pirate loves a treasure-chest full of gold doubloons (meaning: he fricking loves them). LJS is an active and energetic scallywag who loves to run around and be silly. He also seems to love the company of his canine mateys and has been goofy and playful with other dogs in playgroup. When not running around, he thoroughly enjoys a good snuggle session and will happily pile his 70lbs into your lap for hugs. Blimey, what a dog! Although he may be a little bit resentful about being described as a “very sweet doofus” and a “ding dong” by staff and volunteers, he would like to point out that he’s also been described as “handsome,” a “stud muffin,” and a “dashing buccaneer” (although that last one might be his own description).Long John Silver is estimated to be 2 years old and weighs about 71 lbs. At 82 lbs, Garbanzo is no tiny little chickpea. This big boy came into the kennel a bit scared and timid but he is slowly coming out of his shell, and although he still has his skittish moments, having other dogs around seems to be helping him blossom into a giant silly goober. When he got to interact in the same yard with other dogs for his dog-assessment, he was very puppyish (despite his size) and social, and as he spends more time here at the kennel, it`s clear that they really brighten up his day. Garbanzo is an active boy (no surprise given his size) and when given the choice between going for a walk on-leash or running around the play-yard, Garbanzo`s clear choice is being able to stretch those gangly legs running around and playing with toys and zooming it up with zoomies in the yard, even moreso when there`s snow on the ground (this guy is one giant snow bunny). He can be a bit more reserved and skittish on walks, so ideally, this boy would love a home with a big backyard that he can run around in.  All signs point to him being housebroken, and he`s been noted as being gentle with both treats and toys.  He`s also shown himself to be an affectionate cuddle-monster and loves to lean into you and snuggle you up. Garbanzo is around 2 years old and weighs around 82 lbs. Story
Tino loves to play tug, fetch, and is a very active chewer, keeping it only to his toys. He loves chasing the hose, and his puzzle toys! After a work out, he loves to lounge on the couch. He wants to be near to you and mistakes himself for a lap dog often! He knows how to sit, lay down, give paw, back up, out, and leave it. His recall is good. He is crate trained and sleeps there comfortably at night. Completely housebroken and communicates when he has to go! A fenced in yard is ideal for him. As a big, young guy Tino can be rowdy, so he might be too much for houses with young kids. He does have separation anxiety that's managed very well by activity and affordable medication. The decision to rehome Tino is so incredibly difficult. He has been with us since he was a pup, but he is constantly harassing my older dog to the detriment of his health. Tino needs an experienced large dog family, and will come with all of his things. He is a loving boy, ready to thrive in the right place❤
