Leo seeks attention and enjoys stroking - mind you, he -**likes to be the one initiating the attention sessions. At other times, he is an artist in lounging. Leo cuts a striking pose that looks fantastic but is really all about just kicking back and being comfy. Need Leo as your artistic muse in life? He is ready to move on in, so long as your home is dog-free (he really, REALLY dislikes dogs).     Did you know? FIV+ cats can live long lives and share homes with other cats. Story
Hello, My name is Pilar. I’m a gray tabby stripped cat between 2 and 3 years old, although you wouldn’t know it to look at me since I’m so petite. I’m looking for a new home because my owner died and the family who is watching after me now doesn’t have any room for another cat. I did try living with them for a few days but I’m an indoor/outdoor cat and I’m used to my independence. I’m cool with other cats but not if they’re gonna be bullies cause I go outside and they don’t. Probably why I get along with dogs. Right now it’s just me in the house by myself. I get lonely and bored. I’m really looking for a new family where folks are cool with me being a little independent. I’m not much of a cuddler and I only like pets when I’m in the mood. I am friendly though and I prefer a litter box and sleeping inside at night. I’m young and I have a lot of love still to give. I just need the right kind of family to take me in.

Story
Peaches 🍑 Peaches is a sassy 3 year old who will LOVE you. She was born outside an apartment complex and brought to me and my husband when she was about 5-6 weeks old. She had severe eye problems which made her blind. Now that did NOT stop her. She loves to play and even fetch a ball. Her favorites are balls with bells or a rattler inside. She is incredibly sweet and will tell you about everything. She will let you know when she's done playing or with pets but would rather spend her time curled up in your lap once she gets to know you. Because she is blind, she has a hard time with her surroundings and may run into a wall or two. She is easily frightened so she'll need you to be patient with her. She is litter trained so you don't have to worry about any accidents. She's so excited to meet you!!

Story
In May of 2024, I rescued Achilles from a filthy area behind some local businesses. He was only about the size of my hand and had obvious respiratory infections. Leaving him there just wasn’t an option. At the time, I already had 3 cats, so the plan was always to foster him until I could find loving forever homes. As the months went by, I asked around, but I kept hearing the same thing: “I’d love to, but I can’t.” I completely understand, but now I’m caring for four cats while also trying to navigate a lot of life changes, and I simply can’t keep doing it indefinitely. Achilles is genuinely one of the sweetest cats I’ve ever met. He has feline hyperesthesia syndrome and walks with a little wobble, so he’s a quirky guy, but that only makes him more lovable. If you pick him up, he’ll go completely limp and happily stay in your arms for as long as you’ll hold him. He loves people and just wants someone to love him back.

Story
Bonita is 5 years old and a very finicky cat. A tower and dry cat food goes with Bonita as she only eats one kind. Bonita lived in a home with other cats (relative of my sister-in-law). She gets along well with Mouse but didn’t get along with Toes or Lucy. In the beginning Bonita will hide and only come out for food, drink and relieve herself. At the time, I have been toilet training Bonita. She urinates in potty chair; however, she poops on the floor. I would use kitty litter but, Mouse spreads it all over the place. She would adapt back to using litter box quickly. Bonita is a very clean cat. I want Bonita in a safe and loving home.
