Story
I adopted Patty after my husband passed away. She is very sweet but she and I haven’t been a good fit together. She gets visibly happier when a man is at my house. I think she needs a man in the house to be truly happy. When I adopted her, she was about 2-3 years old. She was available because her owner had passed away. I wonder if she just misses him. She is very sweet though, so I’ve tried for about 3 years to make it work. I miss having a snuggly cat that climbs up on me to be pet. She whines a lot for food and I’ll admit that I hate to hear her crying for food. So she could stand to lose a few pounds. She has been around my grandchildren and we haven’t had any problems. She isn’t lovey dovey with them, but she doesn’t mind them petting or brushing her. Patty is super sweet and a good cat - I think she would be happier with a man and I would like for her to have a truly happy life.

Story
Crack Baby is waiting for her furever home. She is approximately 2 or 3 years old. She can be playful, but does love to cuddle, sleep right next to you, and lay in your lap. She is neutered, and had all kitten shots from Isbell Animal Clinic. When she was a kitten, she was rescued from being thrown from a car on U.S. 278. She doesn't have any injuries or special needs from this incident. She has been an inside cat since she was rescued, uses the litter box, and has never had any accidents in the house. Crack Baby gets along with other cats, and lived with a German Shepherd with no issues once she got used to her (it took about a week). She would also be great as the only cat.

Story
Leo seeks attention and enjoys stroking - mind you, he -**likes to be the one initiating the attention sessions. At other times, he is an artist in lounging. Leo cuts a striking pose that looks fantastic but is really all about just kicking back and being comfy. Need Leo as your artistic muse in life? He is ready to move on in, so long as your home is dog-free (he really, REALLY dislikes dogs).     Did you know? FIV+ cats can live long lives and share homes with other cats.
