Story
Hi! I am Milo - a quiet, understated, mild mannered and perfect gentleman. I am an adult kitty with lots of love to give. I came to the shelter as an unclaimed stray kitty. I do have a microchip and my shelter family did everything they could to track down my family however it was soon discovered my family did not want me anymore. I came to the shelter completely scared, broken and deeply afflicted with fear. I was cowered in a corner, shaking and nervous over any human touch. I have come out my shell more now and I am embracing & loving human touch. I even roll over on my back for belly pets now. I am overweight so I will need a committed family who will help me work on that. There is a lot of me to love but I promise to love my new family with my whole being. I am hoping to find a family who will let me love them but will love me forever and ever. I will be neutered and I am up to date on my age appropriate vaccines. I was tested for FIV and Feline Leukemia and I am negative for both. It is recommended that I am retested in 6 months to 1 year. I receive routine flea and tick preventatives, monthly as well as some well deserved pampering periodically: brushing, nail trims & ear cleaning. My ideal home includes a quiet home, one with a truly dedicated family. I do not want to end up back on the streets or in a shelter/rescue again. I want my next home to be my last home. I do ok with other cats - as I tend to keep to myself. I do not know how I would do with dogs. I would do best in a home with kids who understand boundaries. I need a family that is caring, compassionate and loving. I want a family that is patient, willing to give me what I need: a warm bed, plenty of good food & clean water, and lots of pets and love. My shelter family works tirelessly to ensure I and my friends go to the right family. If you feel that person is you, I'd love to meet you. Please submit an application if you'd like to be considered becoming my family!

*NOT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION YET - ADOPTION WINDOW WILL OPEN WHEN I AM OLD ENOUGH!* Hi! I am Scooter - a young, incredibly social and outgoing kitten. I was found on the railroad tracks. Some workers came across me and took mercy on me. I came to the shelter in immediate need of help. I had a nasty upper respiratory infection that affected my eyes but I am doing so much better now. I leave my shelter family in complete laughter. I climb, roll, run, jump - I do all of the things - including the ones I perhaps shouldn't but hey you're only young once! I am super sweet & affectionate. I am for sure a catch! I will be neutered when I am old enough and I am up to date on my age appropriate vaccines. I was tested for FIV/ Feline Leukemia and am negative for both. It is recommended I am tested again once I am older (6m to 1 year old). I receive routine flea and tick preventatives, monthly as well as some well deserved pampering periodically: brushing, nail trims & ear cleaning. My ideal home includes a home where I can get lots of attention. I am still very young so I am still impressionable. I do not know how I would do with dogs. I would do best in a home with kids who understand boundaries. I need a family that is caring, compassionate and loving. I want a family that is patient, willing to give me what I need: a warm bed, plenty of good food & clean water, and lots of pets and love. Story
Hi! I am Evelyn - a young, precocious and energetic kitten. I came to the shelter with my 5 other siblings after being discovered outside. A wonderful couple took mercy on us and gave us food, water, shelter and most importantly, love. We came to the shelter recently and are still adjusting but doing well overall. i have a curious yet cautious personality and I enjoy checking out new scenes, sights and sounds once I am comfortable. Much of my personality remains to be unknown but I know I will certainly be a good friend to someone special. I will be spayed when I am old enough and I am up to date on my age appropriate vaccines. One of us kittens was tested for FIV/Feline Leukemia. The test was negative for both. The shelter vet advises we can test one kitten of a litter as it is recommended that we are all tested in 6 months to 1 year. I receive routine flea and tick preventatives, monthly as well as some well deserved pampering periodically: brushing, nail trims & ear cleaning. My ideal home includes a home where I can get lots of attention. I am still very young so I am still impressionable. I do not know how I would do with dogs. Story
Hi! I am Annabelle - a young, black and brown gray tabby cat. I came to the shelter after being located all by my little self in someone's yard. I was very sick, and my poor eyes were swollen shut. My shelter family helped me greatly with administering eye and oral medication around the clock. I am quickly growing and learning to explore my surroundings. I enjoy playing with other kittens and toys. Toys are especially fun! I do take a little time to warm up but I am friendly, adorable and seeking a new life with my forever family. I will be spayed when ready and I am up to date on my age appropriate vaccines. I will be tested soon for FIV and Feline Leukemia. I need to get a bit bigger but no worries - I'm growing like a weed. The shelter vet advises I'll need to retest in 6 months to a year. I receive routine flea and tick preventatives, monthly as well as some well deserved pampering periodically: brushing, nail trims & ear cleaning. My ideal home includes a home where I can get lots of love but also be able to exist and do my own thing. I also want to go play and be curious about the world around me. I do not know how I would do with dogs. I would do best in a home with kids who understand boundaries. I need a family that is caring, compassionate and loving. I want a family that is patient, willing to give me what I need: a warm bed, plenty of good food & clean water, and lots of pets and love. Story
**BONDED WITH HARRY - MUST BE ADOPTED TOGETHER** Hi! I am Lloyd. I am a young, domestic shorthair - possibly domestic medium haired, kitten. I came to the shelter with my brother, Harry. When we arrived, we were immediately spotted to have upper respiratory infections and a severe case of ringworm. My care team went to work and got us both feeling much, much better! I have grown and become more playful and energetic since the start of my stay. My ringworm infection was severe upon intake, and while it has improved greatly, I am still undergoing treatment. Thankfully, a family has been patiently awaiting for my brother and I and once that has resolved, we will be going home with them. My personality is playful, affectionate, cuddly and I have a loud purr. I will climb on you and demand some loving. I am a bit more reserved compared to my brother Harry, but when I want your attention, I will let you know and not be shy about it. I may be scared at first, but I do warm up quickly. I am neutered, and I am up to date on my vaccines - distemper and rabies. I have been FIV/Feline Leukemia tested and I am negative for both. I receive routine flea and tick preventatives, monthly as well as some well deserved pampering periodically: brushing, nail trims & ear cleaning. My ideal home will need to be dedicated to giving me lots of love, affection and attention. I need lots of attention but I am good on my own too. Since I have been in quarantine since I arrived at the shelter, I have not been around kids but my shelter family believes I would like them. I have not been around dogs. I do not know how I would do. I get along with other cats and like to play with them. I need a family that is caring, compassionate and loving. I want a family that is patient, willing to give me what I need: a warm bed, plenty of good food & clean water, and good ol' pets and love.

Story
Hi! I am Cade, a domestic short haired white and tabby kitty. I am a quiet and reserved kitty who prefers the company of other cats and calm and mild mannered people. I came to the shelter with my siblings, Everleigh and Mason. I am reserved and quiet at first but I do warm up and enjoy pets and attention. My new family will need to be patient with me and allow me to warm up to them in due time. My ideal home includes a quiet and calm home. I tolerate other kitties without issue. I like to be by my other kitty friends. I do not know how I would do with dogs. I would do best in a home with kids who understand boundaries. A home with lots of activity may scare me. I am shy at first and may run away. I am just scared but treats help me a lot with coming out of my shell. I need a family that is caring, compassionate and loving. I want a family that is patient, willing to give me what I need: a warm bed, plenty of good food & clean water, and good ol' pets and love. Once I warm up, I enjoy being pet and loved on. I also like hidey holes and little areas where I can quietly observe. My shelter family works tirelessly to ensure I and my friends go to the right family. If you feel that person is you, I'd love to meet you. Please submit an application if you'd like to be considered becoming my family!
