Story
Peter is an about 5-year-old orange tabby who has been deeply loved by his family, but the arrival of a new baby has made life very stressful for him. His owner has tried everything—veterinary consultations, anxiety medication, treats, enrichment, and creating quiet safe spaces—but Peter remains anxious and jealous around the infant. Because he is such a sensitive, affectionate cat, he truly needs more one-on-one attention than the family can give right now. Despite this struggle, Peter is a wonderful companion in the right environment. He’s sweet, loving, and enjoys curling up near his people. He gets along well with other cats and does fine with most dogs. Small children, however, are too overwhelming for him, so he would thrive best in an adult-only household or a calm home with older teens. Peter enjoys being indoors but also likes the occasional safe outdoor time for fresh air and exploring. This gentle boy deserves a peaceful home where he can relax, feel secure, and soak up the affection he loves so much. With a patient adult adopter, Peter will blossom into the loyal, loving companion he’s meant to be. Could you be his fresh start?March 10, 2026, 5:05 pm

Story
Daryn is a large, handsome brown tabby with a calm and loving personality. At first he can be a bit shy as he adjusts to new people and surroundings, but once he feels safe, his affectionate side shines through and he becomes a true love bug. Daryn enjoys quiet companionship and gentle attention, making him a wonderful companion for someone looking for a relaxed, loyal cat. Daryn’s life changed suddenly when his previous owner was forced to move after her trailer park was torn down. Heartbroken, she had no way to take her cats with her, and Daryn ended up needing a new home through no fault of his own. This sweet boy has left his kitten mischief behind and prefers a peaceful lifestyle. He gets along well with other cats and dogs but would also be perfectly content as the only pet in the home. Daryn is simply looking for a stable, loving family where he can feel secure again and share his gentle affection. If you’re searching for a calm, devoted companion, Daryn could be the perfect addition to your home.March 12, 2026, 12:01 pm
