Story
Little Michael is half short haired domestic and half Maine coon. He was named after Michael Jackson and was called “Little” because he came to us as a rescue at only one pound! He has since grown into the big loveable lug that he is. He adores cuddles and chilling out around the house, especially in front of the TV. He can be nervous meeting new people at first, but once he calms down he is your best friend forever. He is not aggressive, but he can be a great mouser. He was attacked by another cat in the past, so he is nervous around other animals and would probably do best in a home with no other pets but lots of love!

Story
Odin is a 6 year old neutered male cat. He has no known health issues, and has been completely healthy to date (no medical problems in his history). Odin is affectionate and likes to cuddle/hangout close to his humans. He loves food and treats. He is very tolerant to having his nails clipped and will be held patiently while you do it. He likes to have a scratching post to use and a cozy bed to sleep in. I have raised him since he was 8 weeks old, along with his sister. I think he would do okay with another cat, they get along fine. He has been raised with my kids and likes being around them. Reason for rehoming Odin has absolutely nothing to do with him, he is by all accounts a great cat and doesnt do anything wrong. He's sweet and gentle, has never scratched or bitten anyone. Over the last year, my dog has become less tolerant of Odin and harasses him any time he comes around. She chases him and barks at him and he does not deserve it. I want him to be safe and happy

Story
We acquired Bruce (purebred Serengeti) in 2018 as he was my dad’s cat, and my dad suddenly passed away. We think Bruce is now about 13 years old. Since we had our son in 2022 he has been reclusive and hides in the basement most of the time. Even more so since we welcomed our second child last year. He is very shy at first but then very cuddly, vocal, and attached to his “people”. Bruce is looking for a home without young kids or dogs, and for an owner who can give him the love and attention he deserves. Bruce is on special food and requires a transdermal steroid daily.

Story
Meet Ross, a sweet and gentle soul residing at the Midland & District OSPCA. Although shy at first, Ross embodies the spirit of a true companion, taking his time to warm up but revealing a deeply affectionate nature once comfortable. His independent streak means he's perfect for someone who appreciates a cat who balances affection with a bit of personal space. Without proper mental and physical exercise, Ross gets overstimulated. He is looking for someone who will play with him for at least 20 minutes per day, and has time for snuggles. Adopting Ross means giving him the loving home he deserves, where his sweet and gentle nature can truly flourish.Come meet this gentle boy and see if he's the one for you! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.TEACHER was found living in a backyard under a shed and she’d been there since the wintertime. Suddenly 4 kittens appeared with her and we received a call to get them removed and into rescue, They were rescued on the Labour Day weekend so we named them Teacher and her subjects (Calculus, Drama, Gym and Library.) She’s been spayed, had her vaccines including a rabies shot, Revolution and a microchip plus a clean bill of health from the vet. If you’re looking for the cutest most affectionate cat then look no further as here’s your girl. She loves to snuggle up with you and turns into a purring machine and will head bop you to give her head scratches.  TEACHER is litter box trained and has been since she came into rescue. She’s fostered with 2 other adult cats and is very snuggly with them and will curl up and have a snooze beside them as well. We would love to see her go to a home with another cat as she does really enjoy their company but she can be an only cat provided she’s not left on her own for long periods at a time. She’s met a puppy and there wasn’t any issues at all so would suit being with a dog. We recommend as always a slow, monitored introduction between them while the dog is kept leashed. Children should be aged 6 years and up plus be loving, gentle and calm around animals. TEACHER loves to chase the other cats in her foster home around and has been caught many a time grooming one cat or another and sharing her food bowl with them. She eats both kibble and wet food and just loves Temptations treats and lick sticks. She’ll sit in the raised cat bed for a nap and has just started to sit in the window sill and watch with interest as the leaves fall off the trees and if she’s lucky enough she’ll spot a bunny or 2 hopping around.  If TEACHER sounds like she’d fit into your family then please submit an adoption application to meet her.      Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 22, 2025, 12:50 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.LIBRARY was found on a local property living under a shed with her mum, Teacher and her siblings (Gym, DRAMA and Calculus) and she’s now looking for her forever home. She’s spayed, had her two sets of vaccines including a rabies shot, Revolution, a microchip and been deemed a healthy girl by her vet. She’s still apt to run away from anyone but her foster and has yet to let herself feel comfortable around strangers. She loves to be on the cat tree and is usually on there with either her brother, Calculus or her mum, Teacher.  LIBRARY has used the litter box since day one in foster care as she’s such a smart little girl. She loves to eat both kibble and wet food, have her water nice and cold plus she loves Temptations treats. She’s in a foster home with a puppy so she would suit a home with a dog as long as it’s cat savvy and as always we recommend a slow, monitored introduction be made between them. She has her siblings plus several other cats in her foster home so we feel she would best suit being with another cat. Children should be aged 10 plus due to her timidness and they should be gentle, loving and caring towards animals.  If LIBRARY sounds like she would fit into your family then please put in an adoption application to meet her. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 8, 2025, 8:22 pm
