Story
Hi, my name is Lucy,Female - SpayedBritish Short Hairapprox. 1 years oldHere's a little insight into my background and personality: I'm in search for my forever home! I love my independence, you can often find me exploring my surroundings and playing with my toys! But don't let that fool you, I love snuggling and being affectionate. Unfortunately at a year age a bit of my independence was taken away, I've been diagnosed with diabetes and require regular insulin injections to help me. Don't let this scare you though! With proper care I can live a very long and healthy life. Watching me thrive despite my condition can be the most incredibly rewarding. My reactions to:Cats - I would prefer not to have close interaction with other cats and would do best in a home as an only cat or have separationDogs - I don't have much interaction with dogs. I would likely do best in a home without a dogMeeting new people - I can be shy at first, possibly hiss or swat but I warm up fast. Something I even give headbonks and purrChildren - I don't have much interaction with children.Litterbox - I have no concerns using my litterbox.Stressful situation - I can be OK. I ride in the car with no issues and did very at my last vet examPlaytime - I enjoy playtime and chasing a laser pointer though I'm not interested in too many toys. Primary Color: Grey Secondary Color: Brown Weight: 3.096 Age: 1yrs 5mths 1wks

I not only like to be the middle of things, I like to lead the parade. I'm an adventurous cat, but I'll make plenty of time to show my affectionate and sweet side, like my name! I'm a demonstrative type, you might say. Want a cat brimming with confidence? That's me!My reactions to:Cats - I can be reactive towards other cats and would prefer a home where I can be the only catDogs - I haven't had much interaction with dogsMeeting new people - I enjoy meeting new people, I may be shy or timid but do warm up quicklyChildren - I haven't interacted with many children. Story
Hey! My names is Jacks ( aka Jackie). I am a lovely white tabby with black markings and I am looking for my forever home. My life up to now has been rough. I was abandoned in a small town and forced to fend for myself. I gave birth to 4 beautiful kittens at the ADHS shelter and have been in a foster home. My kittens all have good homes and now it's my turn. I love to run around and check things out like my foster mom's outdoor catio and I can be quite the lap cat when I feel like it. I am very particular about my new furever home. I would be great with kids, a couple or a single person BUT I cannot abide DOGS or even OTHER CATS so I need to be the only animal in my new home. My foster mother kicks herself for not getting a picture of me with two kittens on each side of me, peering through the glass door and teaching my babies to hiss with me at the dog! I am 2 years old, spayed, vaccinated, de-wormed, microchipped, and have my rabies shot. Short term free pet insurance comes with me as well. My adoption fee is $180, Please fill out an application and come and take a look at me! https://allistonhumane.com/cat-adoption-form
