Issa it not crazy that I`m cooped up here at the shelter? My name is Issa, and I came to ECCHA as a surrender. I`m an independent lady who has both a cuddly side and a sassy side, and I am ready to stake my claim as the rightful queen of your abode. I am a girl who wants attention on my terms, as I must approach you first. I will take time to warm up to new people, and I kindly insist you do NOT pick me up! Once I do accept you as one of my people, I will humbly request cuddles by coming up and laying on your lap, or roll around (elegantly) to entice you to play with me. I will also follow my people around and sleep with them. I love to play with my special toy or laser pointers, and I simply adore exploring cat tunnels and napping on towers. I don`t know how to feel about cats, but I did live with a large dog in my last home and coexisted well. If you do have other pets, make sure to introduce me slowly. I would do best in a home with no young kids. I am already spayed. My adoption fee was sponsored by a private citizen. Are you ready to welcome your new Queen Issa?

Hi, I`m Squeakers! You might ask - what kind of a name is that? If you hear me meow, you`ll understand! I came to ECCHA as a surrender alongside my friend, Garfield. I am a timid, quiet, and friendly fellow. I am quite shy at first and dislike loud noises, but when you actually start to pet me I will melt into your touch. I love head rubs very much! I came to the shelter in pretty rough shape, and will need some TLC to get back to 100 percent. I do need some help getting a dental done, you can ask the staff for more details. We aren`t sure how I do with dogs, but I did live around other cats in my former home. Still, please introduce me slowly to all of your furry friends. I`m hoping I can find a home that will give me the love and care I deserve! I am already neutered. Could I be your sweet, squeaky friend?

She’s got the purr of an angel and the temperament of a hot sauce bottle that’s been shaken, not stirred. Meet Cholula! Cholula came to us as a stray and is now ready for her furr-ever home! Cholula is no where near as spicy as her name-sake and is rather quite shy. Once she warms up to you she loves to cuddles and is not afraid to voice her opinions. Due to her being so shy, she does not like sudden movements or loud noises. In her current foster home, she has really opened up with the help of her feline friends there. She loves the occational squeeze up treat for a mid-day snack and lounging with her cat siblings. She would do best in a quiet home with a cat friend to help teach her that the world is not as scary as they seem. Cholula is not yet spayed so she comes with a $100 refundable spay deposit.
