Story
Goose was adopted at an animal shelter and has been more than taken care of and shown a ton of love. He is about 3 years old and healthy. He needs an environment rich with nature. We do let him out in are yard free and we have a catio. He prefers roaming free and he is an excellent hunter. He brought us a couple gifts; a toad, a dragonfly, and a gopher. He would do best as an indoor outdoor cat and someone who enjoys early mornings because he is an early riser. Someone who has the normal scheduled life. Morning love and night love.

Story
Some cats don`t need a fresh start... they just need someone willing to meet them where they are.Meet ANGIE, an 8.5-year-old domestic shorthair with a heart of gold and a story that`s written all over her. This sweet senior isn`t the flashy kitten who will be climbing your curtains - but if you`re looking for a quiet companion to share your home and your heart, Angie may be exactly who you`ve been waiting for! When Angie arrived at WCAS, she was carrying around painful mats on her back - some as large as a golf ball or even a baseball. To make her comfortable again, she received a rather unique haircut! Her fur will grow back, but for now, she`s rocking her shaved look with quiet dignity.Angie is also declawed, and unfortunately, we`re already seeing some of the long-term effects that declawing can cause. She has arthritis in her paws, which can make her a little grumpy at times, and carrying a few extra pounds doesn`t do her joints any favors. Sadly, arthritis and chronic pain are common complications of declawing, which is one of the many reasons we strongly discourage the procedure! While Angie appreciates affection, she`s very clear about how she likes it - and we respect that! She`s a head-pets-only kind of gal, and if you`re doing a good job, don`t be surprised if she rewards you with sweet little licks or gentle `love nips` to let you know she`s enjoying the attention. (Don`t worry - they`re not bites, just one of the quirky ways some felines show affection!)Because of all this, Angie isn`t looking for just any home - she`s looking for her home! A calm, quiet environment where she can nap in sunny windows, enjoy gentle affection on her terms, and spend her golden years surrounded by patience, understanding, and love. She deserves someone who sees beyond her age, her shaved back, and her achy joints to the wonderful cat she still is!Though Angie may get along with feline friends that are `her pace` - she would prefer a home of her own. She is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, and FIV/FeLV negative. If you`ve ever believed that the best things in life are worth a little extra care, Angie is ready to show you just how rewarding adopting a senior cat can be. Could you be the happy ending this sweet girl has been waiting for? Story
This cat doesn`t just live in your home - he supervises it!FLETCHER is a 3-year-old domestic shorthair with a curious mind and a knack for turning even the simplest moments into an adventure. If there`s a cabinet left open, a new box in the room, or something interesting happening nearby, you can bet Fletcher will be the first one there investigating. This handsome guy loves to explore, observe, and discover everything his world has to offer!Fletcher is a confident cat who definitely knows what he wants. He has a naturally dominant personality and enjoys being in charge, making him the kind of cat who carries himself with confidence wherever he goes. While he`s happy doing his own thing, he also enjoys affection and spending time with his people - especially once he`s finished making his rounds and satisfying his curiosity.Whether he`s patrolling the house, supervising your daily activities, or inspecting every nook and cranny, Fletcher approaches life with enthusiasm and purpose. His bold personality, intelligence, and adventurous spirit make him an entertaining companion who always keeps life interesting!Fletcher came to WCAS as part of a large hoarding situation, but you would never know it by meeting him today. Despite his difficult start, Fletcher has blossomed into a confident, affectionate companion, showing everyone just how resilient and adaptable cats can be! Now that he no longer has to worry about simply getting by, Fletcher is free to enjoy what every cat deserves: safety, love, and plenty of attention.Fletcher may do well in a home with other animals as long as proper, slow introductions are performed. He is neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, and FIV/FeLV negative.Fletcher is already planning his patrol route through your house - you just haven`t met him yet. Story
Handsome? Absolutely. Mysterious? A little bit. Meet KNIGHT, a 4-month-old longhaired tabby with movie-star looks and a personality that`s just as charming.Knight can be a little reserved when meeting new people, preferring to take a moment to size things up before jumping into the action. But once he feels comfortable, his playful and curious side quickly starts to emerge. Give him a toy, a cat tunnel, or a feather wand, and you`ll get to see exactly why everyone at WCAS has fallen for this handsome boy.And let`s be honest... have you seen him? That gorgeous long coat deserves its own fan club. Knight definitely knows how to work the camera, but he`s much more than just a pretty face. Beneath all that fluff is a sweet kitten who simply needs a little time to let his personality shine.Knight may do well in a home with other animals as long as proper, slow introductions are performed! He is neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, and FIV/FeLV negative. If you`re looking for a kitten who`s equal parts playful, sweet, and ridiculously good-looking, Knight is ready to ride off into the sunset and straight into your heart!
