I adopted Hazel when she was almost 3 years old. She loves to cuddle up by you or get a good scratch from you. Hazel does really well with other pets and will come up to any guest you have. Right now she is 8 years old, about 12lbs and also lives with Mocha a calico 7 year old. I would love to rehome them together, but they are posted separately. We have lost a couple family members in the last year so we need to downsize, and I want both girls to find a home they can feel comfortable in. I'm not really looking to an adoption fee, but rather a good family/adopter I know will love her.

Story

I adopted Mocha when she was almost 1 year old. Right now she is 7 years old, about 7 lbs and also lives with Hazel a Tiger Stripped 8 year old. I would love to rehome them together, but they are posted separately. We have lost a couple family members in the last year so we need to downsize, and I want both girls to find a home they can feel comfortable in. Mocha is a quiet girl. She likes to roam and will come to you if she wants to be pet. She's grown up with other pets and at times takes a minute to warm up to someone, but when she does she's always by your side. I'm not looking for an adoption fee, but definitely someone to love her and give her an incredible home.

Story

Kitty originally belonged to an elderly woman I was caring for in California. I helped care for the cat the whole time she had her. After she passed away, I took her, when I moved to Wisconsin, I brought her with. Now I’m relocating back to California and the place that I’ll be living, unfortunately, will not allow cats. Kitty is a very sweet 10 year old cat, who is pretty independent, but loves to jump up on my lap and be petted for quite a while, of course on her terms. She also loves to eat, I’ve tried to stick to her regular food routine, with just a few treats in between meals, so she won’t gain anymore weight. She does require a little bit of medication twice a day for a thyroid problem, other than that she’s perfectly healthy.

Story

We adopted Arya from a shelter when she was about 7 weeks old, she was a rescue. For the last 8 years she’s been an important and very loved part of our little family. She’s a very loving cat who always wants to be around people she knows and cuddle. She doesn’t particularly love our dog however and that has led to some behavioral challenges. We love Arya and are gutted to have to look at rehoming her but with her issues with the dog and our first baby on the way we just don’t have the bandwidth for any behavioral problems with her. That and the fear of having the baby in the house when the cat has her claws and a lot of jealousy is just not a chance we can take. Arya would be happiest being in a single cat household where she doesn’t have to compete with animals or kids for attention. She will be a wonderful cat for anyone looking for a companion who will greet you at the door and want to snuggle all night.

Chantilly is a beautiful lady of 3 years. She is very quiet and sweet and a bit on the shy side. Her favorite thing is to sleep in a hidey hole. Our open cat room is a bit too much for her, so she prefers to sleep up high away from the rowdy cats and kittens. She loves to have her head scratched. She would do best in a quiet home with no children and not dogs. Other quiet respectful cats would be ok. She is looking for an understanding person to just give her a chance at her own home.
