Please contact Glenda (fairydogmother@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.Darcy is a one year old low rider/herding breed mix.  Her red and white smooth coat has some merle markings and her eyes are blue and brown, which is a color pattern of a catahoula.  Darcy weighs 25 pounds and she is a beautiful girl.  Darcy has been in rescue waiting for the money to come in to spay her so she could be posted for adoption.  She is now healed from her spay surgery, vaccinated, heartworm negative and on monthly heartworm and flea preventives.  Darcy transferred from the rescue that actually saved her life.  She is friendly, playful and does well with other dogs.  I do not know how she is with cats and will ere on the side of caution and say no cats or to at least use caution when introducing her to cats.   good with cats.  Darcy is ready for her forever home.  The adoption fee is a tax deductible donation to the rescue in the amount of $500 and is required to pay vet bills and feed rescue dogs. February 15, 2026, 2:42 pm

This lovely girl with the soulful eyes is named Bernadette. She's a 4 year old Catahoula mix weighing 50 pounds; all 50 of which are filled with love. She is terrific with other dogs, kids and cats. Bernadette is an old fashioned looking girl with the spotted coat of a Catahoula blended with the flavor of perhaps a bit of hound. She loves people and yearns for her own home. With you? Rudy was an abandoned pup. Hard to believe that someone trashed this adorable puppy on the side of the road with a bag of food. But it seriously happened to him. He is a wonderful little guy and so beautiful. He is learning house training. He is happy with other pups or by your side. He is going to be a magnificent dog. Our dogs are current on vaccines, adults are heartworm tested. They are on heartworm prevention and flea tick prevention. They are microchipped and spayed/neuter has been completed. We normally show at Trussville petsmart store on Saturdays from 1030 until 330. We can also arrange appointments. please email Rpacirescue@gmail.com to receive an adoption application.
