Story
Warrior was extremely emaciated when he came to us and in need of a lot of gentle, loving care and food. He doesn't always photograph well because he’s full of wiggles and joy but he’s doing well. He’s gained some weight but still has a ways to go! He was rather dog selective when he was emaciated, but as he gets healthier you can tell he feels better too, because he's so happy-go-lucky now and much more playful with most dogs. Warrior absolutely LOVES people and will wiggle his body so hard when he meets a new one. He loves attention and pets and will hound howl to get your attention if he feels he's not getting the appropriate amount of loving. Warrior is doing well with house training and has not had any accidents in several weeks! He's not the sharpest tool in the shed though so he will definitely need some positive encouragement to learn your routine in a new home. He is however, eager to please and will surely pick it up in no time. More advanced requests though, might take a bit more patience! Warrior is microchipped, vaccinated, heart worm tested negative, and neutered. He has also been dewormed and is current on monthly prevention.

Story
Hey there, I'm Remus, a one-year-old Catahoula mix with a heart as big as my goofy grin! I'm all about fun and frolic, and nothing gets me more excited than a good splash in the water. Whether it's a puddle, a pond, or a full-on swimming session, count me in! I've got energy to spare and a playful spirit that's contagious. Fetch is my favorite game, but I'm also up for exploring new places and sniffing out adventures wherever I go. I may have a silly side, but I'm also a quick learner and eager to please, especially if treats are involved! At just one year old, I'm still learning the ropes and could benefit from a family who's willing to continue teaching me manners and tricks. With my enthusiasm and willingness to learn, I promise to make training sessions as enjoyable as they are productive. I get along well with other dogs and people alike, making friends wherever I wag my tail. My affection knows no bounds, and I'm always ready to snuggle up for some quality cuddle time after a day of play. If you're searching for a lively and loving addition to your family, someone who embodies goofiness and joy, then Remus is your guy. Come meet me, and let's make a splash together in the journey of life! Breed: Catahoula mix Age: 1 year Temperament: Goofy, playful, loves water Needs: Continued training and guidance Compatibility: Good with other dogs and people

Story
Hello there! My name is Bastian, and I'm a delightful 1-year-old Catahoula Leopard Dog searching for a forever home filled with peanut butter, love, peanut butter, cuddles, peanut butter, toys, and lots of peanut butter! If you're looking for a loyal companion who loves cuddling and adventures and has a soft spot for peanut butter treats, then look no further-because I'm your perfect match! Let me tell you a bit about myself. I have a loving and affectionate nature that shines through in everything I do. I am ALWAYS smiling and absolutely thrive on giving and receiving kisses and cuddles. There's nothing I enjoy more than snuggling up close to my humans and showering them with peanut butter breath. Whether it's cuddling on the couch, chasing a ball, or enjoying a lazy afternoon together, my favorite place is always by your side. Now, about my favorite treat-peanut butter! It's the highlight of my day. I'll do just about anything for a tasty spoonful of this delicious treat. Watching me perform tricks for those treats is sure to bring a smile to your face-it's pure bliss for me! I'm also quite the social butterfly and get along well with everyone I meet, including other dogs. My friendly demeanor and gentle personality make me a joy to be around, and I'm always ready to greet new friends with a tail wag and a smile. I'm neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and eagerly awaiting the chance to become a cherished member of your family. If you're ready to welcome a sweet, peanut butter-loving, cuddle enthusiast like me into your life, come meet Bastian at the shelter. I can't wait to show you just how much love and happiness I have to offer! Let's create unforgettable memories together-come see if I'm the perfect fit for your heart and home!
