Story
**This dog is with Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas** As smart as she is beautiful, Mama Blue arrived in our care with three lovely pups in tow and now that they're no longer true babies, it's time for Blue to step into a life of her own! While in our care, Blue has shown to be truly housetrained, and has at least a smattering of basic obedience under her proverbial belt('sit' may be all she knows, and she could use some leash refinement, but for a kid off the streets, these are big things!) With an amazing blue merle coat and heterochromia(mis-matched eyes in terms of color), she's a looker for sure; the best part of her is her spirit and love of people though! Sitting just under 55lbs of long-legged beauty, she's the perfect size for just about any home environment! Quiet and delicate with her toys, her manners are beyond excellent and we can't wait for her forever family to find her! *** Please apply to foster or adopt online at www.corridorrescue.org Direct inquiries to: adopt@corridorrescue.org The adoption fee of $225 covers spay/neuter, microchip and current vaccines. Transport is available and can be discussed on an individual basis. Thank you for considering a rescued former street dog for your next family member!

Story
**This dog is with Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas** Say HOWDY to the ever-so-clever Baxter! The jester of his family, beautiful Baxter is such a ball of squish and love. With plenty of smarts already showing, this young man will surely become an amazing dog for any lucky family or individual! The biggest of his littermates, he's still growing into his ears and paws, and we can't help but hope he never truly does(because who doesn't love a big-footed baby!) Like his siblings, Baxter arrived battling parvo and has since fully recovered, better and stronger than ever; his bold nature makes him our Adoptions Coordinator's favorite of the pups, and his striking coloration makes him a true show-stopper(even though he's mostly black!) As it is with all puppies, Baxter is learning the basics of life while in our care - leash skills, how to keep a tidy kennel(the key to true housetraining), and even a few basic commands are quickly becoming routine for him, and we look forward to meeting the lucky family who finds perfection in his mis-matched eyes! Maybe he'll be the one to win you over and if he's extra good you'll let him hog the bed at night? ***

Story
**This dog is with Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas** Gentle, loving, and with the most striking coloration, it's no wonder Blair was first to steal the hearts of our staff upon intake! Markedly quieter than her brothers Oskar and Baxter, little Blair will likely grow up to be a true sweetheart of a pup. Upon intake the pups battled and overcame parvo, and are now fully ready to find their own forevers. While she's still learning the ins and outs of dogdom, she's shown to have a grasp on housetraining(keeping a tidy kennel is a BIG step), and will be easily trained to become just about anything her family desires! Blair and her family: Oskar, Baxter, and Mama Blue may all look different from one another but their shared intelligence is a wonderful trait, especially for a quiet, gentle-spirited puppy like Blair! With time, structure, and quiet dedication, this stunning young lady will become a once-in-a-lifetime dog for an extremely lucky family! She's ready and waiting for her life's journey to truly begin, maybe you're the one to share it with her? ***

Story
Meet Gizmo, a young, sweet soul awaiting a forever home. Gizmo`s days are filled with playful antics and curious explorations, always alert and eager to discover new things. Despite his energetic spirit, he`s also submissive and incredibly affectionate, offering kisses and seeking laps for cuddles. Gizmo weighs 48 pounds and is leash-trained but can be a bit jumpy, showing his submissive and friendly nature. We don`t know yet if he is house trained or how he`ll behave around dogs or children. He`s the perfect companion for anyone looking to add a bundle of love and joy to their life. A previous adopter says he is a clever escape artist so a sense of adventure definitely runs through his blood. Adopt Gizmo today and let his loving, playful spirit brighten your home.
