Story

Diego is estimated to be between 6-8 months old and is getting a fresh start with Evergreen Pug Rescue. Diego came from a home in California where several dogs were being given away for free. We know how vulnerable dogs can be in situations like this, especially young puppies, so Evergreen stepped in to make sure Diego and his buddies made it somewhere safe and would receive the care they deserve. Sometimes the dogs who need us most aren't quite what you expect. We know Diego isn't your typical pug mix. In fact, that adorable little underbite might be his one claim to pug fame! But he's pug-sized, ridiculously cute, and has SO much love to give. Diego is incredibly friendly, loves hanging out with his pug foster siblings, and is always up for an adventure! Dog park? YES PLEASE! Exploring new places? ABSOLUTELY! Snuggling up afterward? Even better. And unlike many of his squishy-faced friends, Diego has absolutely no breathing problems! He's even mastered the very pug-like art of perching on top of the couch to keep an eye on everything happening around him. Now this little dog is looking for a family of his own.
