McQueen is a 7 year old Chihuahua, weighing 8 pounds. He walks well on leash and appears to be housetrained. He is wary of new people and needs time and patience. With people he knows and is comfortable with, he is very sweet and a great lap dog. He will need a lower activity home without young children. He does well with most other dogs. Kingston is a handsome little Chihuahua whose estimated DOB is 1/1/2020 and he weighs 11 pounds. His owner moved and could not take him, so he finds himself at our shelter. It takes a little while to earn his trust, but once you do, you have a adorable little lap warmer! Kingston like so be held and carried around, and he also like to run and play. We would recommend a home without children. Kingston will only be show to adopters with an approved application, so submit yours now! Come meet Kingston today!Our adoption fee is $125 for small breed dogs under 20 pounds and $100 for all other dogs and cats unless otherwise noted in their bio. Every pet available for adoption is current on shots spayed/neutered, and microchipped. You may submit an application online for pre-approval and to set an appointment or you can visit the shelter Wednesday - Sunday from 11am - 5pm. Please note that the kennels close for pet viewing at 4:30pm.

Sweet Mini is looking for a quiet home to retire in! She does have diabetes and needs insulin twice a day, she does well with this. Mini also needs to lose a few more pounds so she is currently on a diet.Big Paws of the Ozarks is a foster-based dog rescue in Northwest Arkansas.
